They were more than double the price of Safe & Sound Moving. I decided not to use them and cancelled my appointment. Move was for a three bedroom townhouse going 36 miles one way.

We had an excellent team in Antwan Woods, Ricky and Desean. These guys not only worked non-stop, they were able to pack our entire apartment in to the smaller than we really needed storage unit. I give 4 stars not at all because of their service… when I made the appointment, I scheduled it for a specific time(I’m like that) and no one told me there was a THREEHOURWINDOW. I expect a window — but moving on a Tuesday and with the phone call I had making the appointment, I was never led to believe anything other than I had a «specific appointment». Additionally, it seemed our guys were a bit overworked. They got to us at 2p. We were their second move. They left at 7p and went to another move! I was exhausted after our move — I don’t know how they do what they do for 10 – 12 hours a day! Anyway, the guys were great!

If i could give them negative stars i would — READTHEFINEPRINTONTHEWAIVER. We had a very simple 10 minute move from one location to another(in Centerville, OH — I am visiting from out of town), during which two of my mother’s art pieces were destroyed. They had simply bungee-corded them inside the truck, no wrapping or foam padding, and they fell during transport. One is irreplaceable — a plaster piece signed by the artist and purchased @ 20 years ago. Jason the on-site mgr came to our location and apologized profusely, said their office would contact us to resolve on the next business day, and he took pictures of the damage to send to their corporate office. Looking around my mother’s place he understood she was an art collector and said there were no excuses for what happened. Well a phone call never came so i called and spoke with«Joe» and got the foot-dragging run-around. He said his manager/owner Nate Wilcox or something would call — that call never came either. So, we stopped payment on our check. Because the move was Sat. of Memorial Day wkend, they charged a premium so the total move was $ 360. The two art pieces destroyed we estimate @ $ 550-$ 600. They said the waiver we signed would hold up in court, which states 1) they do not reimburse for damages in excess of the cost of the move, and 2) they must first be paid the cost of the move before their claims process can be invoked! TOTALBUNK! PLEASE look elsewhere for movers who hire and train reputable employees — we now refer to them as «Two Men and a Cluster F**k».
