Monticello Nannies

I spoke with someone here before applying, and I was very optimistic about the quality of their service but I was disappointed by their unprofessional lack of follow through. When I completed my application it said I would be contacted in 24 hours, I wasn’t contacted for over two weeks. I called the day after I submitted the application with a question and left a message with a woman, and never got a response.
When I was contacted they had no idea they hadn’t already spoken to me?!
I had been hopeful that this was a quality agency that would make my life easier but it was a let down.
I will continue to find nanny and childcare jobs on my own, using websites and referrals, as I have been extremely successful and happy in the past. I would recommend the same to others, both parents and nannies.
