I’ve been using Dr. Olivo as our home visit vet for our cats for years, and she is great. She has had to manage a very difficult to handle cat (he once bit through her leather work boot) and has done so with good humor and skill, and a very shy cat that she’s been wonderfully gentle with. Joy, who is her office manager and your first point of contact, is super sweet and incredibly helpful. They have fielded endless phone calls over the years from me with questions and concerns, and have always been patient and responsive. I can’t recommend Dr Olivo more!
