Starbucks

We go to this Starbucks 4 — 5 times a week. But today the barista was obviously ill wearing a heavy coat with her eyes bloodshot and tired looking. The last thing we need is to get sick this time of year. We exited the indoor ordering line and probably won’t return this week.
It’s too bad that the manager doesn’t have a policy regarding sick workers handling food and drinks.

What a great location! We visited twice this past weekend. The staff was attentive and on their game. It was fast and efficient. They have a great view of the river in front of store as well.

Friendly staff. Helpful to us newbies who need a little help ordering sometimes and recommending great choices, beautiful view far better than most locations

Great location with a view of Nimitz Lake. Friendly staff and efficient service. I expected the location to be closer to I-​10, but they location on the waterfront really highlights the Hill Country charm of Kerrville. It’s a very relaxing location with plenty of seating inside or on the patio. So many patios for Starbucks are a few tables with cars right next to you, but this location has an elevated pation where you can relax and see the water, away from the busy street. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Last three times I’ve been here, they’ve been out of my favorite drinks. Will not be wasting any more of my money here, lousy inventory and customer service.

Really great location along the river. Lots of outdoor tables to enjoy the surroundings and your coffee of course. Drive through if you want but if you can, stay a bit and relax at this nice spot. If I lived in Kerrville I’d go here often.

Suoer slow service. Only one in town so no choice but to tolerate it. Always put of product. On rainy days they open at 8. Total BS nit to open on time

The best thing about this location is the view from the outside seating area. It’s right by the Guadalupe river.
The staff have always been friendly and attentive. I just wish they had more than one in Kerrville.

It’s a Starbucks. 3 stars for it being a Starbucks, cause that means it literally A-​OK, a fourth star because they have the friendliest staff, and five stars because Dave Chappelle came here and marveled at the beauty of my hometown.
Not kidding. I was kind of mad, because three of my good friends work here, and none of them took the time to tell me that my favorite comedian and sketch artist was here. EXCUSE ME? Anyway, maybe that makes them even better employees? So, Dave Chappelle walks in, orders a drink, asks for milk, and then goes outside to the patio. If you haven’t looked at the pictures yet, you get the most beautiful view of the Guadalupe River. If you’re going at sunset, it’s one of the prettiest things you’ll ever see. So Dave Chappelle is sitting outside on the patio, listening to music, and smoking a cigarette when one of my friends walks out, and he says «DAMN. It’s beautiful out here.» They had a conversation about it.
Pretty cool, right? In a small town, you have to enjoy the little things, like knowing someone famous enjoys the river view.
Oh yeah, the coffee is good too.

This starbucks has the best and most relaxing patio. The problem is the barista’s, not one but all have horrible dispositions. I have had my order delayed a couple of times so that regulars or friends are treated first and I am then given a flippant attitude when I remind them of my order. Just poor attitude with obviously no supervision. I think McDonald Coffee is fine and they have WiFi. I will have to do with the Patio… Shame.

Starbucks is nothing if not consistent!!!

Great coffee as usual, and an outstanding view of the Guadalupe from the patio, as well as the inside if you are standing. And an insanely huge parking lot to boot!

It’s a Starbucks. Meh, not much to say about it.
However, the view from this particular location is gorgeous. From the patio you can see the river. Best viewed in the mornings.
