Had the best experience here. I thought I was about to spend money on a new phone and instead they were able to replace a part. There was no charge and they were all very courteous and so nice! Thank u!!!

The manager Tina at the store got upset at me for no reason and hung up on me started cussing and yelling before she did hang up I don’t appreciate that it would be nice to have a manager at a store that actually appreciates the customers

FYI… Im a longtime resident of Kerrville and longtime customer of Sprint and to this day the store Mgr. Tina Colvin & staff is what you would expect to have from any business when it comes to customer service only Tina and her staff always make sure you are getting the best service … These people arent miracle workers as they can only do so much but Tina makes sure she and her staff give you the best service they can possibly give you. Tina extends her care toward her employees as well and I would like to say Sprint is very fortunate to have Tina on their staff… I cant say enough good things about Tina and her staff. I would have to rate her a 10. .

So today I got a call from Erika @the Communication store. I would like to state that she was pleasant, sincere and genuinely concerned about my experience in her store. Erika is the district manager for the Communication Store, and I can certainly see why. Sprint corporate had already fixed my issue, however Erika was more concerned with the experience I had in her store with the manager Tina. She apologized for the actions of her employee, and gave me her personal contact information if anything ever happened again. In my opinion Erika cares about my business at this store. And while I may never go back to the one in Kerrville, because of the management there, I will certainly patron any of their other stores in the Texas area. Erika, thank you so much for restoring my faith in your business.

I’ve had no problems with sprint. I travel often from Fredericksburg and Kerrville and while there are hiccups it has not been a problem. The store employees have been friendly and helpful when i have questions. I agree Fredericksburg has worse coverage than kerrville but i have 4g where i work.

Sprint service has not been working reliably in the Fredericksburg area for months now. They keep trying to blame every other provider for not connecting incoming calls. They tricked me into renewing my service agreement by telling me it was my phone and now it will cost $ 350 to cancel service that isn’t working right in the first place. Please don’t buy a sprint phone if you live in or around Fredericksburg… This problem has already cost me to much

WILLNEVEREVERRECOMMENDORGOBACKTOTHISSTORE! I’ve never written a review in my life. But this is called for in this case. Would like to give NEGATIVE5 stars if available. Worst customer service I’ve EVER experience in 18 years of having a cell phone. I don’t live in Kerrville, TX. and I feel for the people that do. As this is the only Sprint store in the town. My 90 year old grandmother has cancer and was in the operating room to remove a tumor. My phone broke 30 minutes after they put her under. Worst time in the world to not have a phone to get in touch with rest of my family on their way into town! I’m on a family plan. My father is the primary account holder. Went in with my password, PIN number, and full address, billing zip, everything you need for security purposes. They refused to replace my phone. I was do for upgrade as well. They would NOT honor my upgrade without my father there. My father doesn’t live in Kerrville either. I explained the situation thoroughly. They said the only thing they could do was have me buy a whole new phone for almost $ 800 or order me a phone online and wait a couple weeks for it to arrive. How does that help when I need a replacement right then?! The girl at the store told me it is Sprints new policy that the primary account holder has to be there in person. If this is true, Sprint seriously needs to re-think about revising this policy! What about college students on their parents plan going to school in another state? Are you telling me they are going to be put in jeopardy and not have a phone for days or weeks until their parents can physically fly to help them get a new phone? Ridiculous! The people at this store have no clue and ZERO compassion! Girl was rude, uninformed and no heart. I used a strangers phone to get directions and drove 50 minutes to nearest Sprint store in San Antonio and big surprise! They had NO problem helping me. Got back just as surgeon came out. Completely unprofessional staff. Never again.
