Excellent online banking, I fell in love with the ease of use and feeling secure when using the online banking RBFCU has to offer. I always feel safe with RBFCU. However, what once made it great is starting to slowly slip away. I care not for poor customer service. When my wife and I wanted help with moving forward with RBFCU all we got was«You can do it online». What ever happened to the days when someone would sit down with you and help you right there and then? I have found the staff over the past few months to be rather rude. When you start to think about another bank, moving your savings, direct deposits the whole works is when something is broken with the bank you have trusted for years. If someone takes time out of their day to come and see you, then by all means repay them with the same respect and help them. «You can do this online». «You can do that online». Yes I can, but I came for YOUR help!
