Pizza Hut

On Thursday PM, Feb 4, we called and ordered 8 large pizzas for a Super Bowl party to be held Saturday night, Feb. 6. When pizzas did not arrive, we called and were told they had no record of our order. We asked to speak with the manager and were put on hold. After 15 minutes, we hung up and redialed. We were put on hold again and we repeated the process a third time. We then gave up, realizing that the personnel at Pizza Hut did not care. We went into emergency mode to get snacks for our guests. We should have checked Unilocal before contacting Pizza Hut the first time!

Walked in & ordered came back & they had given our pizza away. Had to wait another 20 minutes — so ridiculous! Didn’t check other «ladies» receipt. Who steals a pizza? Come on. And who doesn’t remember a customer on crutches. To add insult to injury I waited while she counted money or something before she could help me it then tell me my pizza order was gone ., really terrible

Absolutely atrocious! I ordered a deep dish or «pan pizza». Got a thin pizza with a small crust. The cheese sticks were just sticks of bread with what looked like slices of melted cheese. The pizza was cold. The lady did call and ask to down to a hand tossed. I said yes but she did nothing to the price. And this was no hand tossed. Very dry thin pizza.
I ask for garlic sauce and the lady (who was the manager) disappears and then comes back with a garlic sauce and as I ask how much she takes the 2 dollars out of my hand and says thank you good night. Absolutely attttttrocious! No receipt or anything! So frustrating!

So i put in an order online, and set it for an hour later. The order included a two liter soda. So i show up about fifty minutes later and check in, so they know im there. Im told it will be another fifteen minutes, not to bad im thinking. Thirty five minutes later i have to go up and ask if my order is ready. Apparently it was sitting there without any of them thinking to ask the one person in the store if it was mine. So the cashier checks me out, i pay and leave. I get home and realize they forgot to give me the pepsi i ordered online. Then i open the pizza to see its like one third crust! They must have run out of tomato sauce or something… plus it was cold and the dough had this weird consistency, like it was old or something. Needless to say, as much as i like the wings and pizza from most pizza huts, i wont be back to this one any time soon.
