I have been receiving massage and reflexology for 25 years. Unfortunately, the treatment I received at Lily’s was very subpar. I was much more tense when I left than when I went in the door because of the pain delivered. The practitioner was very rough, digging not only into tissue, but into joints and bones. Their were people laughing and talking loudly on the other side of the wall and eclectic guitar music did not seem to fit with the Asian décor. I’ve had a more relaxing experience at the dentist office. Sure, the price is reasonable. But, the old adage, «you get what you pay for», really fits here. Is a bodywork establishment not required to display any training certificates or have a license to treat? Just wondering… I sincerely hope a more unsuspecting person is not injured. I give one star for nice décor and clean restrooms.

This place left me very disappointed. I checked reviews and comments about their business on Facebook before even going there. I arrived asked for a woman to massage me, instead a man came in. Dug his elbow into my back in such a manner as to leave terrible bruises, not the way I wanted to spend my mother’s day weekend by the way, and then had the nerve to ask for a tip. Posted about my experience on their facebook page and they deleted it in order to maintain a 5 star rating. So just a heads up, NOT EVERYBODY ENJOYS THIS PLACE… Wish I could post the screen shots I took of my post and their responses. Can we just say inappropriate…

For the money nice place. I really have not found a place in Kerrville for a massage. Only Lake Austin Spa for me.

AMAZING! $ 35 for an hour of reflexology??? Best deal of all time! Even my husband (never had even a massage) felt comfortable and his reflexologist was a man! They put you at ease amd ease your ailments! Thank you staff at Lili’s!

If you never had an Asian massage, this is definitely the best place to try. clean, professional, friendly staff. most important $ 35 an hour!
