I highly recommend to anyone in and around the Kerrville area who needs plumbing work done… don’t hesitate to call Holloway Plumbing!
The company really cares about it’s customers and it shows from the first contact on the phone when you call for service.
We’ve had many repairs done since we moved into our place in 2013, buying an older home can mean repairs when you don’t expect them.
James and Fernando were here today — replaced the garbage disposal (which somehow had a nail piercing out of from the inside (can’t wait to have my hubby explain this one) and all the old drainage pipes under the sink.
As always, they were kind and courteous and took care of the installation promptly. We will continue to use their services for any future needs without hesitation.

Justin and Nathan came out last Friday as I had received a notice from the city that my water system required an addition and my drains were slow.
They quickly diagnosed the drain issues and fixed those immediately.
When they dug up the water meter system, they discovered that the part the city left would not work on my system. They went WAY out of their way to resolve the issue. The Owner and the master plumber showed up to offer admin and tech support.
Even though the technical difficulties were out of their control, they worked effectively and cheerfully to resolve the issues and get the system configured as required.
Well done Justin and Nathan. Well done Holloway Plumbing.

Please read my other reviews to understand this one. Do not let Justin do any work on your property. He will price gauge you. I called to speak with a supervisor regarding the job Justin did and I was told I would have to speak with Justin since he wrote up the bill. After a few hours some guy Damon calls and tell me that Justin was tired since it was late when it did the job and he «he mixed up numbers on the lines». Not sure what that meant. They were just trying to cover up the crazy bill they wanted me to pay. When Justin came out to fix the problem again he did apologize for the crazy, crazy bill he had given to me. He thought he was going to make a killing of me. PLEASE PLEASE get everything in writing before they do any work!!!
