I came into this store to pass the time before a hair salon appointment and I’m so glad I did. This is the best kept secret in the Triad! They sell 3 different sized bottles and you can create your own mixture of olive oil from the barrels on display. I filled the medium-sized bottle half with garlic infused olive oil and half with the Italian herb olive oil. I also got the small 25 star balsamic vinegar, and a bottle of wine. It was all sooooooo soooooo good with crunchy French bread I felt like I was back in Europe. I have not tried their salts or their cooking classes, but their olive oil and balsamic vinegar is DIVINE and is enough to make me keep coming back. The only thing I don’t like about this place is how long the wait can sometimes be. There is only one person running the place and she talks to EVERYONE of her customers, and is also answering the phone. It’s definitely not a «go in and get your stuff and get out» sort of place. Tip 1: Buy the pour spouts to prevent bottle spillage. You want to save as much olive oil as possible in between pours! Tip 2: I’ve used olive oil for cooking and salads but if you use it for dipping bread, make sure the bread is fresh and crusty.

Do you want to learn a new and facinating have a staple for your cupboard? Then you need to visit, try for free, and have Margarita show you step by step how to become a fabulous chef. Disregard the negetive remark. That person did a false report and used a pseudo account. Margarita is knowledable and personable. I cannot wait to try the vinegars in my recipes and enjoy the oil varieties in various recipes. Thank you so much Margarita for being a part of our community. You are an asset to Main Street Kernersville and a joy to be around. Cheers, my dear. :)

Tried this place after buying a Living Social deal. Sits in one of those re-developed old mills with a bunch of other boutique shops. On a Saturday at lunchtime it was packed. For better or worse, I spent 20 minutes here trying to use my coupon, most of which was spent waiting in line. It’s a new business and the owner was the only one working… Thus the line and wait. Waiting aside, the owner was very pleasant and really seems to know her stuff. If you wanted to learn about oils and where they come from, this is the place. It did make me wonder why there wasn’t any bread or crackers to dip and try all that great oil and vinegar. That seems like such a no-brainer for an olive oil shop. Puzzling. Nonetheless, they have a nice store and a good selection of high end product. I’ve got 5 oz of bergamot root oil to try when I get home. 3.5 stars
