Kernersville Towing & Sons

When I got in my car to head to work, I cranked the engine and heard a loud flapping noise. I turned the car off and found that the serpentine belt had been literally shredded.
After hitching a ride with my fiancé, I started looking for mechanics and towing services. I found Kernersville Towing & Sons and gave them a call. I explained that I was planning on having the car serviced at Crossroads Ford in Kernersville. They then explained that they do all of Crossroads Ford’s towing and, because of this, could get me towed to the mechanic for just $ 55. I felt like this was a great rate, so I accepted it.
They said they could come by the next morning and pick up the car. I explained that, unfortunately, I would have to be at work around 7 AM. They then told me I could simply leave the key in a hidden place and they would be able to pick up the car without me being there. But, I don’t trust people, so I said I’d prefer to not leave my key outside, albeit in a hidden location.
Kernersville Towing was more than accommodating and suggested that I just go ahead and take the key to Crossroads Ford, leave it in their dropbox, and, provided I left the car in park with the emergency brake released, they would be able to pick up the car without my assistance in the morning.
I agreed to this and, around 8:30 AM, I received a call stating that they had picked up my car and were on the way to the mechanic. It was a nice surprise to receive such an update.
In addition, their relationship with Crossroads Ford allowed me to consolidate everything into one bill. It was quite convenient!
In short, this is an extremely considerate company and they kept me well informed throughout the entire process. I will definitely give them my business in the future.
