This was the highlight of my day! We had a vendor bring in a dozen donuts today and I had to make sure I saved some for everyone else! They were fresh and delicious. I had a chocolate donut with a chocolate inside(kinda like a Boston crème). Best part was I didn’t have to bite far to get to the chocolate! Can’t wait to make a stop here!

Granny’s Donuts is the best local Donut Shop in Kernersville. When my family visits, this is one place we must take them! They have a huge selection of Donuts, holes, and muffins. My favorite is the FRITTERS — take your pick of apple, blueberry or cherry. Man are those things HUGE, just massive– but so darn easy to eat a whole one!. They are awesome with a good cup of coffee– which they have a huge selection of, including lattes, cappuccinos and the like. Granny’s has a small eating area, but i personally like taking my treasure home to enjoy.

This donut shop is a little difficult to find if you don’t know where you are going. However, once found, you’ll never want to leave! This is like donut heaven. The donuts were fresh and very flavorful. The guy behind the counter was a little less talkative than most. Definitely try the old fashioned &/or buttermilk donuts. So ready to go back!

Hands down the BEST donuts in the Triad! I’ve been to a few of these mom/pop non-chain donut shops and these guys outshine them all! If you go early enough in the day, they will have approximately 40 different varieties to choose from! Their prices are very competitive to the chains and independent shops! My personal favorite is the buttermilk donut loaf! Yes, shaped like a mini bread loaf and only $.90! Got a sweet tooth for a notch above the chain donut shops? Then check out Granny’s in Kernersville!

Thought this place was owned by the same family that owns Granny’s Donuts in Aberdeen, but they’re not. Bought an apple fritter($ 1.15) and it was good… not Granny’s Donuts in Aberdeen good, but good.
