Justin is a great guy! It was a wonderful experience. I had no problem getting an appointment. He is professional and personable. He walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. He inspected and cleaned my wood burning fireplace. He repaired a crack I had in the bottom of the firebox for a very nominal fee.
I had some damage to the siding outside my chimney. This is not something he could repair, but he did check it out for me and took pictures for me so I can see about opening a water damage claim with my insurance company.
I would highly recommend this company.

From my first initial contact all the way through the end of the cleaning service was a wonderful experience. Our technician Justin was so polite with his introduction and all the way through. After his introduction he took a look around the wood stove and asked if I had any immediate questions. I didn’t at the moment, I was kinda unprepared on my end lol. But he was on top of his game. He started with asking me a few necessary questions followed by informing me on the process of the cleaning. He started up top first on cleaning and inspection there. Once he had finished with that he put away the no longer needed equipment and informed me of his findings. I had a few questions there and he was great at answering them. Also giving me extra information. Then he started the process of cleaning and inspecting my wood stove area. Which I thought for sure would leave some kind of mess. There was so much nasty that poured from my chimney lol. Nope spic and span the area was. Also as far as the price point went, I do believe they were very fair and affordable. I must admit when I first called i did continue to call other companies. Some were way lower but only did half the job (no inspection) and others I just didn’t like the feel I got over the phone. If I’m spending my money I want to feel like number 1 with your company. And I definitely got a great feeling and felt like I was making a secure decision choosing this company. I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of having a chimney cleaned and inspected.
