Totally and completely incompetent. Carolina Septic repeatedly botched a simple job on my property that I ended up doing myself, despite having spent over $ 3000 on services from Carolina Septic. Their trained staff failed to find parts of my septic system multiple times, misdiagnosed the problem multiple times, and was about to charge me for a $ 5000 re-​installation of my entire system when the public works guy came out, told me where the problem was and how to fix it myself. This selfless public servant did in 15 minutes what Carolina Septic could not do in 4 separate attempts.
I strongly recommend AGAINST doing business with Carolina Septic. The staff they sent to my house was not trained well and were unable to fix a simple problem. They charged me over $ 3000 and gave me no services of any value whatsoever.
