I signed a contract with them dated January 6, 2014, with an approximate installation start date 5 – 7 week from that date/​when they received the signed contract and deposit check. They received the signed contract on January 22, 2014, «lost» the deposit check, then found it the next day. They cashed my deposit check January 27, 2014. Ten weeks later I found they had still not even ordered the windows. I called and sent emails to their Division Manager, Jamey Dulin. Nearly two weeks later, still no update from Champion as to the status of the windows. So, nearly twelve weeks later, and counting, I am still waiting on the windows that were contracted to begin installation in 5 – 7 weeks.
