Cosmetic and Laser Surgery Institute

I’m surprised to hear the bad reviews for this place. I have been going for years and have always been beyond happy. My husband actually recommended Dr. Parnell to me because he had seen her as a teenager and said she was the best doctor he had ever encountered — competent and with a wonderful bedside manner. I had the same experience — both for a rash years ago and more recently for cosmetic services. I love the staff, who are all competent and friendly. This place isn’t trying to make a sale like many of the spas my friends use, which I really appreciate.

I have spend lots of dollars there and I am very disappointed.
I thought Dc Parnell was a hot shot. The fact is she did not get rid of my spot on my chest after telling me she could and after many costly and painful treatments.
Her office is full of want to be hot shots nurses that ask you to say what you have 3 times. Imagine having to say you have a wart three times…
And I always had to wait a least 30 mn though I make an appointment .
I ask for help on their website messaging system and nobody got back to me.
For my last skin problem, I spent $ 600 in office visit and treatment, just to find out today she was wrong with the diagnostic… though she quickly dismissed me the first time I saw her for this problem.
Why are doctors here treating us like meat.
The staff at the reception is cool but that’s about it.
I will not go back.
