Dr Amaya just completed a gum graft for my 11 year old daughter. I cannot express how impressed I am with her!!! She photographed my daughter’s gums a year and a half ago and monitored her until she felt it was actually necessary to do the procedure. She has the most calm, kind, gentle manner that put my daughter (and me) right at ease. Her office was very attentive to us after the graft with any questions and concerns. I had to call in after office hours on the day that the graft had been done, and Dr Amaya picked up the call on her cell phone! She is fantastic and made the entire experience as pleasant as possible. They even gave my daughter a Jamba Juice gift card to use the day of the procedure. 5 stars all the way around!!!

I imagine this is about as pleasant as periodontal surgery can get. Dr Amaya and her staff have been very courteous, thoughtful and thorough. I didn’t shop around much since Dr Amaya was a referral from my dentist, but the procedures and follow up visits cost less than I would have expected.
