Wells Fargo Bank

I’ve been cashing checks from a Wells Fargo acct holder for a few years, every single week. Most times I just deposit them in my acct at my bank. However; on some occasions I just cash them at Wells Fargo.
It’s ALWAYS something. I have to stand in a line to get to a teller, who then has to take me to a manager who asks questions that are absolutely none of their damn business, and in the most condescending rude ass tones. Then, they make me wait in the line again to get to a teller. Ridiculous.
Today, after going through this at least 10 times in the last 5 months, to the point they remember me, they decide to call the acct holder to verify. She’s at work and has an outdated number on file. Wells Fargo refused to cash the checks!
I use to bank with Wells Fargo, but after dealing with nonsense and inconvenience, not to mention the rude attitudes from the tellers, I left them & will never bank with them again.
I hope nobody opens accounts with them until they get a whole new customer service attitude. To the rude ass employees, you work in a damn bank. Not the pentagon, not Microsoft, nothing special at all. Drop your high salary attitude with your barely better than fast food wages.

My first time stepping foot into this bank & immediately I was warmly greeted by Carol. Which kind of took me by surprise because I’ve never been greeted walking into any other Wells Fargo branch. She asked how she could assist me & thoroughly listened to my situation, needed to go ask her manager about further information so she sat me down in the waiting lobby and even offered me water as I wait. I felt like such a valued Wells Fargo customer! After a very short wait, she took me to her desk and finished aiding my needs, she even helped me start my first credit card & informed me on how everything worked. She knows what she’s doing and her attitude is absolutely lovely to be around. About 2 weeks after visiting the branch, she called for a follow up to make sure everything was going okay, etc. That has never happened to me, it reassures me that she cares about her customers. GREAT customer service & by far the best wf employee I’ve encountered. Thank you Carol for your great customer service !

Ben Harvill is easy going and laid back. He is really creative and has helped our business needs. He is a real solutions person!
