My son and I rented a seadoo from Water Crafters a couple of weeks ago and could not have had a better experience. First time my son had ever been on a Seadoo and my first time driving one. Jarrod (sp?) met us at Magnuson Park and was helpful and nice. My son (age 12) was initially apprehensive about the experience, but then was urging me to go faster and faster. We spent three hours on the Lake and he can’t wait to do it again. He said that day on the lake made his summer. This company is beyond helpful and courteous. I received my damage deposit back the same day. We will DEFINITELY be renting from them again. Thanks, JD and Jarrod!

100 rentals? Where are the reviews? Kids operating out of a garage folks. don’t even bother. Waste of time. Go some where else people! No customer service and the workers don’t even know there own product. TJ was age18 people! Fresh faced no customer service skills. just said «Sign here and here are the keys» Listen your model is the cheapest there is. No trim or fancy gadgets. It’s a breeze compared to my others. Worker provided no information no nothing. Not worth the head ache. owners don’t even provide there real names .only initials… How can you trust that ??? Buyer beware don’t fall for the fancy paint job… it’s a lemon.
