I have never had to clean the inside of a rental car. I rented a small truck from these folks. I took junk and refuse to the dump on Orillia Road. I was NOT notified in advance when I took the truck that I needed to clean inside. I was charged an extra $ 10 because I «did not sweep out the inside.» This is outrageous and opportunisitic. BEWARE. It is insulting when companies capture your credit card information and then treat you as if you are an open wallet.

Great folks to work with on renting a uhaul in kent. Easy going, fast service, in and out in less than 15 minutes, return less than 5 minutes. When you’re on the go, time matters. They even reduced the cost per mile for me. Definitely go back if I move again.
