I woke up this morning looked out the window at the overflowing dumpsters and went to take a shower. No water again. There was another drive by shooting in the neighborhood last night. That makes 3 shootings this year and its only March. We have gunfire every night, gangs of roaming kids and they find a way to raise the rent every other month. Don’t let the new signs and balloons fool you. This place is ghetto.
