I work across the street from this Subway so I’m there frequently for lunch. Since day one of me going to this place, the staff has been very friendly. It’s nice to go in and have them remember what is your usual lunch. :)

My daughter and I went here to grab a sandwich here. We go here quite often, my kids love it the staff is always nice and makes very good food. But we went in the day before yesterday, got a turkey footlong, got home and noticed it did not smell quite right. I pulled the turkey off and smelled it, and it was definitely rancid. No doubt about it. I tried to call the store and the man who awnserd the phone thought I was trying to make a order to go, I tried to explain again what happened he hung up on me. So I called again a bit later and spoke to another guy(very nice) he felt really bad. I felt bad my daughter didn’t get to eat out that night. The manager did end up calling me, she offered to give me my $ back.

Food looks fresh and neatly stored, especially when Kim is working. Unlike the majority of teens and millennials that work at subways, Kim has the maturity and customer service skills of a true professional. Go Kim!!!

I was surprised coming in at 5:15 pm on a Friday and this place only had one other person in it… However, we were lucky because 5 people came in after us. NOT a hidden gem at all. The store was neat and clean. The staff was nice and patient. We got two foot longs and 6 cookies… 19 $ later. Well worth it, happy teenagers all around.

Plenty of space to comfortably eat inside. Clean and neat. Fresh vegetables. I like their tuna salad.

Nice, new, and clean. Nothing extraordinary about this location… but nothing distracting from the«normal» Subway experience. The only thing that I don’t like is that it’s a pain to turn left to head west on Kent-Kangley. Buuuuuuuuuuut that’s not Subway’s fault. And it’s close to my house, so it all evens out.
