Stahl’s Bakery

I have gone to Stahl’s a couple of times now and I was always satisfied. The owner is lovely is knows everything about the town!
The bakery is small and located in a corner of a strip mall but it does offer some delicious gems. I have tried a number of her cookies, some of which were better than others. If you like hard/​crispy cookies, this is the place for you! She offers a nice variety: chocolate chip, ginger, peanut butter, oatmeal raisin, and some fancy decorated sugar cookies too.
The best things I have had from Stahl’s though are their brownies. Freshly made and filled with caramel. It doesn’t get much better than that!
The only downside to this place are the irregular hours, her cookie selection runs out very early in the day, and some people are not a fan of crunchy cookies. Other than that, I love this place.

An incredible bakery! My favorite item is the cake … it reminds me of the old fashion Hough Bakery cake. You won’t be disappointed. Great treats ranging from cookies to breads to cakes! Delicious!

Old fashioned bakery… yummy cookies… delicious breads… moist muffins… and fairly reasonable prices. How could you go wrong? My only complaint is that their hours are sporadic (they don’t seem to stick to the posted schedule) and their stock seems somewhat low/​inconsistent when we visit the shop. Mostly we see them at the farmer’s market during the summer though, when they usually have plenty of stuff, and it’s all yummy.
