Always have good costumer service and the security lady is so nice and very helpful as well. I feel safe in there compared to Walgreens across the street. Nice clean organized store.

The pharmacy here is horrible. Many times they have failed in giving good customer service. Always they blame someone else for their mistakes. I used to go to the Rite Aid in Milton for 4 years and they were awesome! So when I moved to Kent I started going here, after 2 years of bad service I have decide to take my business to Bartell’s.

I didn’t have to wait in line like at Walgreens across Tue street. I didn’t get ignored. I was still six feet away from the pharmacy counter when Tue person behind the counter greeted me. They provided quick service and they had enough employees on duty. That’s all I want in a drug store.

Yeah. My car has 7 dings from the last 2 years. Not dents, not scratches– I am just damn careful, okay? Well five of those dings are from this lot. Every other car in this lot– huge dents from collisions with other cars paint. The parking lot is a sanity grave yard. It’s mostly the family members of people who drive cabs that frequent it. I say this because the last three times I’ve been here the only other people to enter the store exiting from a cab that idled in the lot. It’s semi airport adjacent. The people who work in Rite Aid are barely awake and very sales driven. If you don’t want to deal with auto body damage steer clear.

It’s big, it’s bright, it serves drugs. The pharmacy here is faster than Walgreens — Walgreens always has a line and takes forever. The problem here is don’t ask for a consultation or else you will wait. The rest of it is … Rite Aid … big, bright, and full of schlock
