Ramada Inn

Terrible service. Non smoking room still smells like smoke so we ask for another room which they gave us but with attitude. Got to the room it was ok but they only offered 4 channels out is the 25 channels listed. Will definitely stay at other Inn near airport. No good

Eight hours spent traveling, much of them cramped in the non comfort economy seats aboard the airliner with the most first class seats, had left me tired, grungy, and up past my normal bedtime, same as the rest of my family. We were looking for the shuttle so we could just get to the hotel and collapse into bed. The shuttle driver, Jenny, was a master of smalltalk and our 15 minute drive felt more like 5. She was the right person at the right time. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were well received by Lisa, who got us into our room almost immediately where we all went nearly straight to bed. I took a shower and found the shower head to be one of the best. Breakfast was nice too, finding the sausage gravy to be nearly as good as my mom’s sausage gravy, but not as good as my grandmother’s. The staff again, was exceptional. Polite and cheerful ladies who I felt happy to interact with. Truly a pleasant stay.
