We ask for everything freshly made here. Willing to wait an extra 10 minutes for fresh chicken nuggets, rather than eating a 20 minutes old chicken nuggets that’s been sitting under a heat lamp. Again, people said this is emergency foods for dogs, but damn, their nuggets are still the best I’ve ever had! Haha lol. Oh, and fresh fries cuz I said no salt on my fries ;-) yes please!

First window girl who took my money was very short. Not necessarily rude but not one for small talk. Second window guy was really nice. I was only unhappy that my hashbrown wasn’t as hot as usual…

Didn’t deserve stars, rude. Customer services isn’t even a thing to them. Having to wait 5 minutes for someone to respond on the microphone, then giving you flat tea, when you asked for SWEET tea, you get the window slammed in your face then finally you get a responder they tell you they ran out of SWEET tea and it’ll take them 20 minutes to brew more and so they suggest I just drink that tea & maybe drive down to starbucks they have free sugar packets. Ummm noooo. I’d like my money back take your drink, thank you. I’d rather put it towards a tip for that Starbucks you suggested, once they finish my tea (done right!). Smh

Agree with David A’s review, typical upgraded McDonald’s. Nothing remarkable. I work in Kent and come here now and again for lunch. It is always OVER RUN with teenagers crowding all the tables, yelling, swearing and making a nuisance. Not one of them makes a purchase. This ain’t the Boys and Girls Club. Kick these lazy kids out! There was a shooting here last year and I am not surprised. There is so much loitering and panhandling going on here. Today the manager attempted to kick them out and even had to resort to locking the door and letting PAYING customers in and out.
With a whole Unilocal review dedicated to pesky teenagers, I am officially old.

It was so bad I actually had to write a review so people know not to come here. Worst service ever… the guy at the counter didn’t even ask if he could help. He just stared at me blankly until I asked him if he was open. Then it took then 15 minutes just to give me my order… how long does it take for them to box up a big mac? The lobby was a total clusterf*ck…nobody knew where the lines were or if a register was even open. Avoid this location at all costs.

I drove home from here, livid.
The girl at the window was highly concerned with how much longer she had until she could «get a drank!» Apparently, it was «badly needed.»
I don’t know why she needed it so bad, it’s not like she was working hard. I got handed three of my four things before the she said hi. And it was a lame excuse at the word, at that.
I’ll be driving a little further away so I can give the McDonald’s-attached-to-the-Chevron my business.
It’s incredibly hard for me to not say thank you when I take something from someone, but Miss I-​Need-​a-​Drank got no thanks.

Worst McDonald’s ever. They always make mistakes on orders. And service is slow. And when dining inside I always experience rude attitudes and long waits. But I keep coming back because it is the closest one to my house.
Avoid this place if you can. But if you must come here always double check your order because they will most likely mess it up.

My friend & I work nearby, and if not for that we likely wouldn’t go. Once I stood at the counter for five minutes being ignored: it wasn’t busy, but as soon as I arrived at the counter the person up there went on break/​went home and no one replaced her. Some people asked each other «Who’s up front?» but no one stepped up for several minutes regardless.
Also my friend’s order is almost always messed up. Once someone had the gall to claim «No, I gave you the right salad dressing» when in fact she… hadn’t, and there was obvious evidence to the contrary.
I dunno. I mean, it’s McDonald’s, but seriously.

Your typical upgraded McDonald’s in a busy area.
This McDonald’s was torn down and rebuilt recently. It looks like all the new McDonald’s. Nicely put together.
It has the new multiple drive through that comes together to pay and pickup but two different order taking stations.
Always love the chocolate dip cone.
