Oh, Cheryl. It was highly unnecessary for you to add further insult to injury with your nonsense(add another tick to the unprofessional column!). First of all, the information in your comment is inaccurate, as we participated in a customer service call in July 2015, shortly after our move, and my husband outlined just about everything I mentioned in my review. Secondly, in no way is $ 131 fair compensation for a lost $ 450 item(TV wall mount). Thirdly, I am still waiting for *someone* to acknowledge that our items were delivered NINE days past the FINAL date of our guaranteed delivery window. I could go on, but then this might get as long as my initial review. This company is something else I tell you… in a bad, bad way.

As an update to my review… Which I wish allowed us to leave no stars, a family member had opportunity to use these guys for over 14,000 dollars in moving costs from their business… Needless to say another moving company was selected. So they lose 14k in business when they wouldn’t give us(even when we personally spoke to the CEO) the 500 lousy bucks to replace our TV that THEY carelessly broke! Because this lack of caring for customers extends clear to the top, they will not receive further business from anyone connected to us in any way. Do NOT use Lile to move! Personal or business.

I love this company. I have moved a lot…15 times in the last 23 years to be exact and have worked with a lot of moving companies. I have to say this one is at the top of my list. I had a large move out of my home and into long-term storage. There were some large difficult pieces to crate and move. A year later I had to come back to Lile and ask for about half my items out of storage for an inter-state move. They were great about accommodating my request and gave me the same crew who packed me to help me go through the vaults, selecting what I wanted, and re-weighing everything to get an exact weight. They also worked very closely with another North American Van Lines agent on the receiving end to make sure everything went smoothly at the final destination. Many thanks to Jim Lindekugel and the crew at Lile. You can rest assured that I will definitely use Lile when I move again.

I moved from Poulsbo to CA in January 2011 and it was not a good experience. Items were lost, broken and I received someone else’s piece of furniture which I had to push to return to the rightful owner. To this date I have not had any one of my problems resolved. It seems that they received their money and I am just out. Would never use this company again and don’t recommend them.
