Jamie is great! Have had my brows waxed and a facial by her. She has that special touch, I felt so relaxed after and my face felt great. She’s incredibly friendly and accommodating. I can’t wait till my next visit to the PNW to see Lemon Drop since she took over!

I stopped in for a quick eyebrow wax, it was my first time visiting. Jamie was very friendly and efficient. My eyebrows look awesome, probably the best wax I’ve ever had. I was so impressed, that I bought my mom a facial for her birthday on the spot. Their gift cards are super cute. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional wax and peaceful environment.

In everyday life, you run into situations where you ask yourself, «Where the eff customer service has gone into this world?» This place restored my faith in AWESOME customer service.
Between my calling in to schedule an appointment, to my wonderful massage done by Miss Laura, I received nothing short of princess treatment.
I chose the Hot Rock massage, and it felt incredible. My comfort was a priority, as Laura would explain her process first, then check back to ensure it felt right. And oh boy did it! I will be back for sure!

Since Jamie took over owner ship on the spa it is WAYYYYYY better then before. If you haven’t done so yet you need to get in. Jamie is a Terrific Esthetician and makes sure her clients are well taken care of before they leave. She is awesome owner and the spa runs and looks way better then before. Definitely go check it out!

Best massage I have had in my life. laura has a great personality and is very nice and understands what the client needs with sore areas on the body I had a 90 minute massage and I can’t wait to have another massage so glad I found this place

I got a facial today after some bad break outs and oh. my. god! This place is amazing! I made an appointment with Jamie, which was super easy through the online booking system. I just clicked my day, it provided me with all the available appointments and I selected the one I wanted! When I came in, the place was really cute and gave such a relaxing vibe. Jamie was a champ at extractions which can usually be a pain but went so smoothly. After the facial was done, I was so relaxed I could barely stand up! My face looks so much better and feels so soft. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

God j hate to do this! But I went again (this was about a month or so ago; late post j know) and got another girl who wasn’t Jamie. She said her boyfriends mom owned the salon so I chalked it up to a pity hire.
Well first she asked if I wanted her to remove the hair on the «inside». Well duh, lady. I’m not having you rip hair out of my body because I want it halfway done! Then she didn’t even do the whole thing! I had to pay another salon to freaking fix it! She was terrible!
If you’re going to go; make sure you ONLY see Jamie. No one else is worth your time and money. Both times I asked for Jamie and didn’t get her so confirm confirm confirm! I knew I should have walked out when I saw it wasn’t her.
Unfortunately my two friends that come and I had to switch spas… sorry Lemon Drop. I’ll be back when you get rid of the duds!

My mom and I got our eyelashes tinted yesterday by Jaime and we LOVE them! She explained the process, told us what we would feel, and reassured us that we had nothing to worry about. She was right and we have fabulous eyelashes now!

I visited their old location last year for a brow wax & tint (which was great) and when they moved to their new location I made an appointment for a facial with Valerie. It was wonderful to have ample free parking and not have to circle the block and hope for a spot to open.
Once inside, it was a peaceful environment and I didn’t have to wait at all for my appointment. I went into a room with Valerie and we talked about my skin and my current skincare routine and she let me know what she was going to do. She gave me a few minutes to remove jewelry and cover with a wrap before coming back into the room and starting the facial.
With the exception of the extractions (which suck no matter who is doing them), it was a wonderfully relaxing experience. I almost dozed off a couple of times. Six hours later, my skin still feels and looks amazing! I’ll definitely be going back to see Valerie for another facial.

First timers– Don’t be scared!
I have never had a wax in my 28 years of life. I know, I’ve lived under a rock. Anyways, I took the plunge and scheduled a Brazilian, simply because I’m more than sick of shaving. I was so scared to get it done, but Jamie is wonderful! She’s so personable and very calming. She’s straight to business, so you don’t have any time to be scared or even think about it before you’re starting. And honestly, the pain is not as bad as some make it out to be. She is extremely fast. (I was shocked at how quickly it was over.) And she’s so friendly! I felt like I was chatting with a girlfriend 2 seconds after meeting her. I highly recommend going to Lemon Drop Skin Care, and specifically Jamie, for your waxing needs! She’s a pro!

Love the new, bigger location!
I’ve gotten two massages from Laura now and she’s been great both times. The first time I tried the Heavenly Hydration massage, and it was just that. At first the pressure was too hard for me but she eased up right away and then continued to make sure the pressure was ok.
Today I got the hot stone massage and it was my favorite technique so far! I left feeling replenished and relaxed. She gives you water at the end and has the perfect balance between talking and just letting you relax and enjoy your massage.
I will be back for sure!

I’m not sure Jamie really wants to be known as the Brazilian queen but Oh.My.God she is the best. Chats the whole time so it never feels awkward. If you do maintenance, you’re in and out in 15 minutes — including wardrobe change. Big paycheck for Jamie. Priceless for me. I am addicted to her skills.

Called on a Friday to get a last minute appointment since my normal place screwed up my appointment two times in a row (ugh) and they were able to fit me in for the next day!
The location is SO convenient. Right next to Safeway and 167 so it’s literally accessible from anywhere. I’m lucky I live 3 minutes (tops) away, so I’ve been recommending to anyone who asks or will listen!
Jamie did a great job, so quick and efficient. I can honestly say I’ve never been this pleased with a Brazilian ever! Will definitely be back for sure!

I want to be clear why I am just giving an OK review. It’s Location, Location, Location. The owner did not do them any favors by moving here. I had a facial and massage and the whole time you were plagued by crying children, talking and other noises from outside of the spa. The walls were so thin I didn’t actually get to relax as I was hyper aware of what was going on around me. I know that exposure is important and this location definitely gives them that, but it’s hard to come back knowing that I will need to pack ear plugs. The ladies were professional and my eyebrows came out amazing thanks to Valerie!

I just went to their new location today –228 washington ave s. Kent, wa 98 032 — and WOW I didn’t think I could be any happier.
Don’t get me wrong I loved their old location in cute quaint kent but their new location is super easy to find parking!
Jamie is THE BEST waxer. It’s actually pleasurable getting hair ripped out of my skin merely because she’s beyond professional and always leaves me bare with the least amount of pain
Best Brazilian waxer period. I drive from Kirkland to Kent because she’s worth every mile!
