My fiancé called to get information about our wedding event and the staff who answered was very impolite and unprofessional. Before she could ask the second question he hung up. Best advice to anyone looking into this venue please save your valuable time and move on to the next one.

Something smells fishy about this place. I called to ask about rates (as the website directs) — I was immediately routed to the voicemail of a Spanish sounding teenage dude… very strange!

BEWARE of this place. If I could rate zero stars i would!!! I had my wedding here couple of months ago and haven’t had the chance to write a review. Let me just start by saying the Owner of this place ruined my wedding.
The owner which is an indian male, is very unprofessional. He needs to hire an event planner to help him. The owner didn’t want to write much on the contract, we requested silverware, he provided FILTHY forks and spoons, no knives. We had to wash them ourselves. 2 weeks before the wedding the owner advised us to find another venue if we didn’t agree with his terms and conditions. This venue doesn’t hold up to 400 capacity as what it states on the website neither does it have a changing room. He kept advising us that we should only have 325 guests. We told him it will be more like 400 guests. He advised us that he had extra tables and chairs in the back room. This place didn’t have extra tables or chairs! The Grooms parents had to go home and bring chairs and tables from their house!!! The owner was a complete asshole. He was running our wedding for us, he didn’t want to listen to what the bride and groom wanted. He went with what he thinks is best. We wanted the food to be served at 530pm, the food was not ready to be served until almost 7pm. He didn’t let us create 2 buffet lines, so our guests waited in line for an hour for food. Isn’t that ridiculous??? This man is only after the money, this whole complex is vacant because no one wants to lease from this asshole. We had a very hard time communicating with this owner because he doesn’t speak english well and he only likes to talk to men! He doesn’t respect women!!! He advised us the payment in full didn’t need to be paid until the end of the night or the day after, but instead he demanded the whole payment in full during the wedding at 830pm. The grooms parents had to rush home to grab their check book. The owner said if he doesn’t get the money this instant he will stop the wedding and kick everyone out!!! Keep in mind, the wedding didn’t end until 12am. The owner also charged us for tax, the initial agreement he said tax and gratuity is included for the buffet price. I have this on contract, so i will be taking him to court!!! NEVER listen to this man about anything. He makes a lot of promises, but never keeps it!!!
The inside of this place is nice, but to deal with this money hungry, ignorant asshole owner, i should of went somewhere else!!! I will be reporting him to bbb!!! My best advice STAY AWAY!!!
