I had to get 2 root canals and had been putting it off for about 2 years. I broke a back molar and one of my other teeth had finally died from an accident I was in 15 years ago and it was starting to discolor.
I had been doing temporary fillings in my broken tooth just to get by because I loathe dentists but on ¹²⁄₃ when part of my temporary filling came out I knew it was time to just get it done.
I emailed Dr. McNamara about my issue and his response was quick and he got me in right away for a consultation and my root canals a few days later. What a painless and easy process. His staff is simply amazing as well. Especially the girl working the front desk.
I wish he was a general dentist because I would love to just see him for all my dental needs but I can’t. I will recommend this place to anyone in need of a root canal.

I recently went to East Hill Endodontics to undergo a root canal procedure and I was very pleased with the entire experience, from start to finish. Dr. McNamara was extremely knowledgeable and patient, he took time to analyze my situation and explain the options that were available to me so that I could make an educated decision about how I’d like to proceed. The actual procedure itself went very smoothly and the recovery was quite easy. I also appreciated that they played good music rather than the typical muzak that you get in most doctor’s offices. It’s a little thing… but it helped make the time pass quicker during the procedure :)
I would recommend Dr. McNamara and East Hill Endodontics, without any reservations, to anyone that needs a root canal.

I needed re-​treatment on an older root canal tooth. It was important for me to be able to save my natural tooth.
The assessment, treatment cautions, recommendations and prognosis details were right on and easy to understand and the procedure was very gently done. Dr. McNamara and his assistant Stephanie were professional, compassionate and high tech. Christen, the care coordinator, was friendly and overall the atmosphere of the office was comfortable and relaxing.
I am pain free and glad that Dr. McNamara was well trained in saving teeth and cautious about treatment approaches.

Dr. Ryan McNamara is by far the best endodontist I have worked with to date. Ryan takes excellent care of my patients performing top notch root canals in the shortest time and with the least amount of discomfort possible. I was a little anxious going in for a root canal (understandably so but it probably didn’t help either that i had a large cup of coffee right before) but Dr. McNamara and the staff were extremely friendly and professional so it made my visit great.
The equipment was very new and I was in and out in the span of my lunch hour. I highly recommend this business!
