The staff working the shift tonight after 9pm on 6÷14÷16 was very courteous. Even though my coupon was no longer valid they gave me tips on how to ensure the next order online valid. They were a young staff but very informing and honest and nice! Thanks! I will be back! Also the seasoning on the crust is very tasty! :-)

The service has been friendly every time I get carry out. They’re usually on time when delivering. I’ve never had to wait an outstanding amount of time for our pizza. If they make a mistake, they fix it. They’ll comp you another pizza and add a dessert, maybe even some wings. But,(unfortunately for me) they rarely make a mistake.

We received a coupon in the mail for a free pizza, so we decided to take advantage of it during this last round of nice weather and take our pizza down to the waterfront for a family picnic. I ordered the pizza online. When I went in to pick up the pizza and handed them the coupon the lady at the counter told me they stopped accepting them YESTERDAY! I pointed out that there was no expiration date and she proceeded to tell me that it was up to them to decide. Okayyyyy. And it’s up to me to decide to never go back again. So disappointed.

So disappointed in dominoes. I ordered 2 pizzas and was told 35 to 45 minutes. After an hour I called the store. My order had not left the store yet. I was offered a chocolate lava cake. If I ordered my pizza gluten free why would I want the cake. 75 mintes and the driver was at my door with 1 cold pizza. Yes I ordered 2 and got 1 pizza.

I never order delivery, but since I had a friend in town we decided to order pizza from here. The first time we ordered it was not too bad at all. But the last time we ordered it was horrible. We both got sick immediately after eating the pizza. Never ordering from this chain again.

JODY the MANAGER– how does this lady have a job? I ordered a pizza, and when to received a missed call, I immediately called back 3 times and got no answer. I figured whoever called, made the call by accident since there was no message and no one returned my call. Over an hour later, I spoke to the manager JODY, she said«they knocked on my door and I told them I didn’t want the pizza, so they canceled the order since that’s policy.» I told her how no one came to my door– I’m hungry and definitely want the pizza, and the only sign of them attempting to deliver was one call with no message, and I explained how I called back immediately 3 times and got no answer. She was extremely rude, told me that I was lying, that they did come to the door and I didn’t want the pizza, and told me if I wanted my order it would be 2.5 hours. She needs to be demoted, she’s the reason why people don’t believe minimum wage should be $ 15. If your restaurant has poor reviews like this one, it always comes down to management. If you’re hungry — do not come here. Or do your self a favor and pick your order up and don’t steer way from Jody. BTW: I ordered from Pizza Hut after I got off the phone with Jody– and they made it to my hotel in less then 45 minutes. Pretty hilarious Jody manages her team to take 2.5 hours to deliver a pizza.

I ordered online and didn’t see the option for delayed delivery, so I immediately called and spoke to someone and set a 4pm delivery time. At 3:48 the tracker said it left the store…4:24 I called and they said it left the store.10 more minutes. It’s now 4:40? I actually have this problem a lot with dominos(I continue to use them because it’s the kids favorite), last time they forgot half my order, the time before they delivered it to the wrong address. I now sit here with it over 40 minutes late thinking my kids are going to have to get over it and start liking a different pizza chain for football Sunday. Game is over, still no pizza. So…4:53 just called, their not sure where my order is, not there so must’ve left the store? They are going to call the driver. Hmmm 5:12…called again, apparently they never made it… but will now, 30 – 40 min. I asked why the last 3 people I spoke to lied to me about the status, he had no idea? 5:46…arrived under cooked with a glob of oily cheese on top. Love my kids… but can’t imagine a circumstance I would order here again

I tried to order my pizza online, but my computer wasn’t working, so I called this Kent Dominoes location(the one by Target and Ross) to place my order, the girl answered the phone«WHAT?». SERIOUSLEY?! Just«What?», no «would you like to hear our specials?» or «what can I help you with?» I tried to ignore it and just place my order but the girl was such a freaking BITCH I just told her to cancel my order and that I would NEVER go to that location again. It’s NOT a hard job, my first 2 jobs in high school were at Papa Johns and Dominoes in Puyallup, all you do is look at a screen and press buttons for what the customer wants. Dominoes, you seriously need to fire EVERYONE at this location. If you want Dominoes I highly suggest the one in Covington, they are ALWAYS friendly and I have never had a missing item or messed up order.

On 06/16/2015 at 9:21pm(aka right now) I ordered a $ 38 dollars worth of food from this location. The lady taking the order told me 30 minutes, which I assumed was cutting it short. TWOHOURSAND10MINUTESLATER at 11:31pm, I call to see what the heck is going on. They inform me the driver could not find my house, and that they could either credit me my money or I could wait 40 minutes. WHAT? I live 5 minutes away(2 miles). I asked why the driver didn’t call and she had no answer. I told her to credit me back, and that I had an awful experience. Her response was rude and short. I have never had worse service before from any establishment ever. DONOT spend your money here. I am disgusted.

I would like to start off saying that I order from here often. Very often. It’s usually from this location due to its proximity to my workplace. They provide good pizza. If I were in deeper in Seattle, I wouldn’t order Domino’s though because there are better places out there. I would also like to leave a shoutout for Vanessa, who makes most of the stuff I order. Pizza Hut would benefit from you. My drivers are usually really good though I did have one that made me apologize for them getting lost even though the dress was. well, the address. I don’t mind. I got my pizza and everyone has bad days. Currently I have an order being made. It’s not by Vanessa so I may update this sometime afterwards if things don’t go well. But, out of the unholy Trinty of Pizza Hut, Domino’s and Papa Johns– I would order from here. PS. Word to the wise, the bread bites are hit and miss. 85% hit…15% greasy.

I’ve been ordering from the Pizza Hut on Kent-Des Moines but have had the worst customer service and wait times for pizza I’ve ever experienced in my life. The last two times I had to talk to the manager with no discernable improvement in service after the fact. Tonight I decided to try Domino’s since they were the next closest place. It was easy to order online. they had some great coupon deals. I could track the progress of my order. I knew who was handling my order(handy if there is a mistake). They were FAST! Half an hour from order to delivery. Which is less than a third of the time it took me to get my last online order from Pizza Hut(an hour and forty minutes for a pizza that was made down the block). The driver was friendly and totally understanding about me putting away our Yorkie before I opened the door. I was impressed with he speed and service and will be ordering from them from now on.

It’s fast It’s delivery You can track the shit online You can tell them online or on phone if you love or hate it It’s actually a little tastier than Pizza Hut now, and did I mention… Cheaper? So no, it’s not gonna be the fanciest pizza you’ve ever had, and honestly, I think it tastes better than the fancy«local» shit getting pumped out here in Kent, Wa, for double the price. But if you’re broke, or just like a deal, and want quick, yummy and in your mouth… Stop bitching and try it! PS: Unilocal lies, it’s not four $$$$ expensive.

I order online across the country on business and don’t recall ever having the trouble that I have had tonight with Domino’s. First let me say that I like Domino’s Pizza… I love their pizza, sandwiches, salads, chicken wings… all yummy. I am a happy customer… until tonight. My order was simple… wings, antipasti salad, two bottle’s of water. Driver arrived… chicken wings… NODIPPINGSAUCE… forgot my Antipasti Salad but remembered the salad dressing… did remember the two bottle’s of water. I don’t have any idea what he was trying to tell me he could do to may it all better… HEY, all I want is my food. So I paid the whole bill, plus a $ 5 tip to this obnoxious driver… The receipt is the original white paper and a yellow no carbon paper 2nd page… that yellow paper will not copy/scan or xerox and as a business traveler, I want that white receipt. You might have thought that i was trying to cheat this poor guy or something the way he became over not wanting me to keep the white receipt. Is this representative of Domino’s Pizza… perhaps not… it hasn’t been my experience over these years. So, it pains me to write a poor review, but this store needs to feel the facts. So as I write this review the driver arrives with my salad… thank you. I will give you three stars rather than the two that I had originally planned to give… thanks for bringing the salad. So, now fix(or adjust) the attitude of your driver.
