Just had my ears pierced by Rob. He was great! Nice, quick, and answered all questions I had. I got there a little after 5 pm in a Saturday and soon after the place was packed! Not a long wait, but super busy! I would recommend for sure!

After 11 weeks with my conch piercing, I went back today to have the jewelry changed. Had it done by Rob, the original piercer, and it was so quick and easy. It only hurt a little bit, because it’s still pretty new, but he made sure to get done as soon as possible. I am pleased with the fast service and the look of the new jewelry. Thanks again, Defiance! Until we meet again (soon)!

I was a little hesitant to come here, to be honest. When I had called to ask about piercing prices, the person on the phone was less than pleasant. Upon entering the shop, I then understood why. For being later in the night (we got there around 8) the place was packed! They had clients in all chairs and many people waiting. I would be a little short on the phone as well! The piercer, Mike, was very sweet and focused on making sure the alignment was correct. I got both my lobes done and he was very quick about it. He explained after care fairly well and was great about not seeming to want to rush, even though there were a lot of people behind me. I would recommend this place for sure, but call ahead as they’re popular!

Got my nipples pierced by Rob over the weekend. He did a great job with placement and was friendly and professional. He helped me pick out the right jewelry and answered all my questions. The while process was quick although not painless. ;)
I’d recommend Rob and will probably be back for more!

Just got my second cartilage piercing tonight. I have had my right cartilage pierced on two separate occasions at the mall with a gun. The first time it closed up because I forgot to put the earring back in after an hour and the second time I left it out because it left a big bump on the back even after a year. I decided to switch to my left ear and I came here to get it pierced in August. It healed pretty well (no gross bumps or puss) and I decided to get another piercing underneath that one. The piercer does a great job and he’s super friendly! He’ll keep adjusting points until you’re satisfied with the location to be pierced. He even put up with all my anxious moms questions… It’s a few bucks more than a piercing gun piercing but it’s so worth it for the cleanliness you get with the piercing. I absolutely love the piercing and will be back if I want anymore!

I get all of my piercings done here. (Tragus, conch, cartilage and nose) I’ve never been disappointed! There is never a long wait and I can just walk in and get them done. Everything is very clean. This place is much better than smokin tattoos down the road.

Very clean shop. Got my septum done. As well as two side by side cartilage piercings on my ear. They were all very nice and did a great job! Plan on going here for more piercings definitely.

Neat, clean shop. Daughter wanted another tattoo for her 21^st, so we decided to check out Defiance. Pops did an outstanding job!
