Ever since beginning customer service wasn’t that good. But then I work in customer service and I expect a lot. But neither my husband or I will recommend them. The truck we bought from them had a check engine light that wasn’t fixed before put ad out. We also told them we both work graveyard and would like to take home that night. It was Saturday midday and they never said financing wouldn’t be approved until Monday. But they said they’d fix check engine light Monday and we could pick up Tuesday. We also negotiated price which we didn’t know would void warranty. We requested check engine light fixed which they already planned to do, fix drivers seat which seemed to have a bolt or two missing and a full tank of gas.
Monday we called to check on financing which was still pending. They were originally gonna put in both our names cuz I have great credit but my husband makes the money. But approval came through with only his name with a very high interest of 24%. They said though truck would be ready for pick up at 11am.
Tuesday we got there and then went home with out truck. They didn’t have fixed and while we were waiting they did have consideration for our having gotten off work and heading there without bed yet. Gave us $ 10 for a coffee but referred us to a bikini barista which I thought was in poor taste, unprofessional.
Wednesday they called and said they were gonna drop off truck at our house but when we woke up to get ready for work no truck and no call. My husband had to call and find out what’s going on. They said they got too busy. They said drop off Thursday.
Thursday my husband texted he would stay up if they’d just let him know when they would be here. Didn’t respond until later when on their way. they texted my husband and were rude in there comment and demeanor. They said they’d bring later and thank you and have a good day. Just very curt. They towed up to us but had a ¼ tank of gas not full one they promised and seat isn’t fixed. Overall I feel we were lied too and treated like we’re stupid
