This is the best place to get your pieces. Beautiful bongs, pipes and hookahs. Creative accessories and friendly staff. I drive out of my way to come here! Large variety of vape flavors too. I’ll be coming back for life!

Stay away from this place I have several glass pieces from this place along with other regular accessories. However when they sold me a cigarette hand rolling machine along with papers that won’t fit they refused to exchange the worthless product. I informed the owner if she didn’t exchange this $ 4 product she would lose a customer and she chose the $ 4 product. So now as a customer you now know where you stand with this place.

Unless you want cigarettes or cigars do not go here. They have a large selection of glass and vape ware I will give them that. Buuut the customer service and knowledge of products is very sup par, also a big kicker, no exchange no warranty. If you believe in your product you stand by it, minus of course physical damage.
I purchased 2 vape batteries from this location and both failed in less than a month. They refuse to attempt to check or troubleshoot these products and will not exchange them. This is frustrating because electronics are not perfect and to offer no exchange is to say you do not stand behind quality. I also witnessed a customer attempting to return a glass piece purchased there that had developed a hairline crack, they were refused.
I know glassblowers and hairline cracks are a result of faulty creation and very rarely are they a product of abuse. Abuse damage is typically much more noticeable and obvious, large cracks, shattering etc. The customer was obviously frustrated but was refuse any exchange credit or otherwise by the store.

This place is really excellent. It is very clean and well laid out inside so if you’re usually a little wary of smoke shops you will still be pretty comfortable. When we walked in we were very impressed by the amount of absolutely beautiful glass pieces in the display case. Then we were greeted by the owners and made to feel very comfortable while we looked around. Once we decided what to buy the woman there was very honest and open about all of the products and offered excellent advice about accessories and what we did and didn’t need. We walked out $ 130 poorer but I do not regret and purchases we made. This place is a great place to get a small piece, premium tobacco, or get set up with a hookah and some quality shisha. No complaints.

I stopped into the shop to buy a pack of cigarettes and came out with an e-​cig to try instead, which I’ve been happily using for over a month now. I noticed one side of the shop had a large array of e-​cigs displayed and a wall of different flavored juices, which piqued my curiousity. The lady at the counter was just wonderful when I asked her about them! She allowed me to try vaping and was endlessly patient, letting me taste about 10 different flavors of juice. She then showed me how to assemble and disassemble the e-​cig she recommended (which was necessary as the directions that come with the parts and pieces are useless) and sent me away with a «trial pack.» Turned out that I loved it and have been happily vaping ever since. I live quite far away with no smoke shop handy for supplies, so she has kindly agreed to go the extra mile to mail replacement parts and juice, as needed. So friendly and helpful — I can’t recommend them highly enough!

We decided to check this place out after visiting various other smoke shops around the city, and it was definitely worth it. First, they have a huge selection of upper class water pipes. Brands like ROAR, SYN, HBG, Illidelph, Hitman Glass, etc. Second, the customer service is some of the best you’ll find anywhere, especially for a smoke shop. Not only were they knowledgeable about the products, but they are also willing to let you fill the pipe with water to test the drag. They want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase before you walk out of the door. That’s above and beyond in my book. If you’re looking to check out some of these nicer pieces you see online in person then this is the place for you to go.
*They have a huge selection so you’re sure to find something in your price range, but they offer some really nice expensive pieces as well which is why I gave the pricey rating.

I rarely ever visit a smoke shop because I’m not a regular smoker. My boyfriend is though and stops by this place often for tobacco, lighters, and whatever else he needs.
On my first visit, the owners (I think?) really blew me away with their customer service. They recognized my boyfriend and made conversation with him and also with me. They were really friendly and chatted up with us while we admired all their beautiful, glass smoking pieces. They’ve got a nice selection of larger glass pieces like bongs and hookahs as well as small glass pipes. We were just browsing but there was no pressure at all to buy anything or to hurry and get on our way.
The friendliness was the same on my last visit in April. They took out any glass pieces we asked for from their cases so we could get a closer look. I made a purchase that day and have been very happy with the quality of their products :). Some of their glasswork is crazy expensive, but they’ve got a range of prices so you’ll be able to find something that meets your budget.
