Early 2009, as our utility bills increased a fair amount, we realized our old heat pump was not working. We called a friend, who’s a remodeling contractor, & he recommended Scott. After lining up a couple of other estimates, we were so glad we hired Scott. He knows the right brand & equipment, yet was still the best price of the 3. Here we are six years later, enjoying heat in the winter and the nice cool in the summer.
I realized I never gave him a rating, When I saw the other person’s comments, I am surprised that Scott would not have been in contact with them. We’ve called him a few times since, not because there was an issue, but we had a question about other equipment, like an instant water heater and wanted to know his opinion, which we found very valuable. He was always prompt in calling us back
Forward to 2015, my mother is needing air conditioning installed. She received 1 estimate, but I called Scott get a 2^nd & again he traveled from the south end to the north. (See next review for hers.)

The installers who are also the business owners. Are very friendly and easy to work with. When it comes to following up on a problem with installation they are not willing to find the problem and refuse to come back and resolve the problem. Maybe it’s a lack of knowledge.
