The price explained on the phone was completely different then we were charged after the tech finished. No one explained their call policy and the billing department said this was typical. Bad attitudes, seems like a bait and switch. I would not use this company and will tell this to all my contractors I deal with.

Joey was fantastic we went to 3 different Aquaquip stores and he is the reason we made our purchase! Very patient and helpful he answered all our questions and his follow through was impeccable! I wound definitely recommend him and would buy from him again without hesitation!

great staff and wide variety of products; I just bought a pellet grill «Green Mountain Grill» that they carry and it is hard to find a local dealer who carries more or less unique items like that.
