Worst Uhaul experience ever. And that’s after 9 house moves over 35 years. Avoid using this location! Bad customer services, shady requests for prepayment and«receipts» for gas. I called and made complaint to corporate. Not worth the hassle and headache in already stressful days!

They keep you waiting forever on the phone, are dismissive and rude, and they don’t even have parking available on their lot for when you pick up the truck which was extremely inconvenient.

Terrible. I booked online, choose the closest locations for pickup and drop off. Choose my dates and times that I needed the truck. I was given a location 1 hr away from my home and incorrect pickup and drop off times. Upon calling customer service I was put on hold for over 40 mins in multiple instances, the call was dropped over 6 times, I was put on hold immediately after asking not to be places on hold because of the dropped calls. It took over 2 hours to resolve this issue. I was not given a new pick-up location, and I had to pay extra to get my originally stated drop off date and time. DONE with this company.

Avoid this place. They are dishonest. When I rented the van, the fuel guage was at 3⁄8 and the contract said ½. When I brought this up, the rep said«just bring it back the same level.» Sure enough, when I brought it back 3⁄8 full, they told me that I was supposed to bring it back ½ full. They charged me extra $ 50 for the«premium fuel service» A bunch of crooks!
