Can I give zero stars? This place is horrible! I had went to see Dr Kerber for my 6 month old daughters Lip tie and to check if she had a possible tongue tie. We saw the dr and everything went ok she was a little fast with us didn’t say goodbye, she just got up and walked out. She informed me of my daughters lip tie, but said she had no tongue tie. We set the appointment up with the nurse and I asked how the whole procedure was done and mentioned myself or my husband would like to be present, I was extremely nervous for baby as any parent would be if their 6 month old would be getting a procedure done via laser. Her nurse said we couldn’t be in the room but we could watch from behind the glass. I didn’t really want to watch from behind a window but I agreed anyway. Right before we were leaving her nurse came and grabbed me and said Dr Kerber wanted to see me really fast. So I went to her office and 15 minutes latter Dr Kerber came in and shut the door and said«My nurse said you had questions» and I said oh no we got everything taken care of and the appointment is made. Then she said well the nurse said you wanted to be in the room with your daughter and THATSNOTGOINGTOHAPPEN! In such a mean and rude tone of voice. I said ok well your nurse said we could watch from the glass and that’s ok with us and she said in a angry rude tone«ABSOLUTELYNOT! NO, NOPE, NOWAYTHERESJUSTNOWAYYOURGOINGBACKTHERENONOPESORRYNOTHAPPENING» And I said well this appointment isn’t happening and got up and walked out. She was stuttering while yelling at me and SO offended I wanted to be there for my baby. I don’t know who just hands over there 6 month old to strangers while they take them in the back room to have a laser procedure done without being present. Maybe that’s ok with some parents but with me it’s not. What is she trying to hide that she would be so freaked out about us being present with our child? And what kind of person talks to her patients like that. We ended up seeing a wonderful dr who informed us that our daughter in fact DID have a tongue tie unlike what Dr Kerber said. We got the procedure done for our daughter at a different location and both myself and husband got to be in the room, I even got to hold her while it was being done and I honestly couldn’t have imagined not being with my baby as this procedure was being preformed. Stay away from Dr Kerber, who knows what she does to your children back there.

Our child went to Dr. Kerber for years & we assumed she was receiving adequate care. Her last visit found some very concerning dental problems. Once able to see her records(since we aren’t allowed to go in with her, we have no clue what is or is not done) we noticed that X-Rays that should be done every 6 – 12 mos hadn’t been done in over 18 months although she was in there every 6 months. Had the standard of care been provided adequately & X-Rays taken every 6 – 12 mos, our daughter would not need to have the drastic dental work she needs now. I have consulted numerous other dentists who agree that the standard of care for X-Rays for a child is every 6 – 12 mos(and also is what’s recommended by the FDA) & that if X-Rays had been done accordingly, the problems found at her last visit would have been found & could have been easily resolved. There is no way the problems found developed in only 6 months, so the mistake of not taking X-Rays was a huge detriment to my child’s dental health.
