I thought I reviewed this company last year, but perhaps it didn’t save. I have to do it again! Another great experience!
They are one of my favorite local small businesses here in Kenosha. They are incredibly impressive and take care of their customers. I went in today, and on top of my order, they offered to clean my engagement and wedding band. They also tightened all the prongs/​diamonds. I also love that they gift wrap my purchase if necessary. I might be a «it’s the little things» type person, but I don’t care, I rarely experience EXCEPTIONAL customer service and when I do, I Unilocal it because I appreciate it so much.
Their items, at least for me, ARE on the pricey side, but many times, you get what you pay for. Also people, it’s supposed to be expensive, you are buying GOLD AND DIAMONDS. I really believe the owners take SO MUCH pride in what they do, and it shows.
