Dunkin’ Donuts

Been back to this place a few times recently, but things have definitely improved. The coffee and all the drinks here are good. Service has improved a lot, so whoever I dealt with before must no longer be there

Great service, friendly staff. We are from out of town, and were waiting for our car to be repaired. Pleasant atmosphere, clean, inviting. I will definitely come here again!!!

I have been in this store twice. The first time I was greeted with «we don’t have any donuts.». The second time I went for coffee and the employees had no knowledge of what a mocha is. Oh and they ship donuts in, they don’t make them fresh.

I’m not sure it’s possible for the employees here to offer worse customer service. One employee began taking my order and then walked away without an explanation. The second employee literally looked over my head and out the window the entire time she was taking and filling my order.
The poor guy next to me in line wanted a refund. It took 10 minutes and three employees for him to get his $ 5 back!
The restaurant is also filthy! The tables weren’t wiped off and the floors were just gross! My four-​year-​old accidentally dropped his sweatshirt on the floor and I wanted to spray it with disinfectant before I let him put it back on. The donuts were fine, but the general condition of the restaurant and the rude staff overshadow the power of the sugar rush.

I hadn’t been to a Dunkin Donuts since they pulled the Rachel Ray ads just because of the scarf she was wearing, in a shameful capitulation to ignorance and intolerance, but sometimes even an ideologue needs a hot cup of caffeine. The Saturday before Christmas isn’t just a busy time for retail stores, it’s a busy time for coffee shops near shopping centers. I was dismayed to see a line almost out the door, but the crew adeptly expedited service and sales in an efficient yet friendly manner and even upsold me on a little doughnut-​snowman ornament that I don’t regret. Good, hot, fresh coffee, with alacrity.

Stay away from this DD. They are incompetent and the slow. The parking lot is also a pain in the ass! I will always pass this on up on my way to the DD off of the interstate!

Went at lunch time last week. While staff was very very busy, they were really trying to give us good service. Food was good.

My husband and I have been patronizing this Duncan Donuts location for over a year. Each time we have visited, the restaurant has been clean with the food and beverages being served fresh out of the oven or coffee pot. The employees are courteous and provide the BEST customer service in Kenosha!
We look forward to continuing our patronage of the Kenosha Dunkin Donuts location.
