To be fair, I blacked out the night I was here, but at a bar after 3 drinks, or was it 4, I’m going to take that to indicate they make good drinks. So 5 stars! What little I do remember — I was pretty new to mixed drinks and unsure of what to order. The waitress was very nice in helping me out. And she had a lot of good recommendations. All in all, I enjoyed the atmosphere, the drinks, and the company. My only complaint, a place called uncle Sam’s saloon should have saloon doors.

I ducked into this Kennewick watering hole one night to kill some time before a movie started. I had hoped to grab a beer with a friend, and we decided to go here and sit at the bar for a few minutes. Bad idea. You have to really work to get ONE star. I would have preferred to leave a 2 star review just to not seem like a jerk, but since I received absolutely NO service from the bored-looking bartender picking his nails behind the bar,(who glared at me when I waved at him and continued to pick his nails), nor the waitress who was helping everyone except me and my friend(between her mini-chats with the bartender), I could only rank this place based on getting ignored. The place was not slammed or terribly busy, so I’m not sure why we got the silent treatment. After sitting at the bar for about 20 minutes and getting NO service whatsovever(politely motioning to the bartender and trying to catch the waitress was to no avail), we decided to leave. Maybe the beer is good there – I wouldn’t know, since none of the staff bothered to even ask me what I wanted. I have worked in food service before, and it’s always a good idea to A) greet your customers/acknowledge their presence, and then B) ask them what they would like to order. It isn’t rocket science. Maybe the staff felt secure enough in their jobs to not bother doing them. This was atrocious service, even for the Tri Cities, where bad service is often an art form… If you’re looking for a place that is both devoid of class AND good service, by all means come waste some time here. You might get lucky and actually get someone to serve you.

Place has a good beer selection but bad service. And that makes it terrible. Overrated.

Went for Sunday brunch and to watch a Seahawks game. It was crazy busy but the service was still good. There are so many TVs I had a hard time focusing on one to watch. The food was good with enormous proportions(probably the largest chicken fried steak I’ve ever had). Sausage gravy was perfect. Everyone else in the party thought there food was good(eggs, bacon, etc.). I wish I lived closer so I could go here for happy hour!

Came here to for my first time was the worst experience ever!!! Mitchell the«manager«was very rude not a friendly at all! Started screaming at me & my husband this was our first stop for our night out & our last time we will ever go back!!! this place needs a new manager for sure! If your trying to have a good time after a long week this is definitely not the place to go!!! I would like an apology by her! No customer service what so ever!

Service is painfully slow… It took them over an hour to get my food out. If you’re impatient, don’t ever come here.

Came here while on business. Watched Monday night football and had some great local drafts and food. Lots of people from young to old and service was on point for how busy it was. I’d come back for sure

Good breakfast spot. A shame I can’t bring my son in. It is a tavern. Ya… You won’t go home feeling hungry. My favorite is the chicken fried steak which is the size of Cousin’s across the river times 5. Better service also.

Good descent beer selection but no premium German beers like St. Paulie Girl Does not have a *special food item that ultra hot sports bars like to have. only average food offerings. It would be the ideal sports bar in the region if it had top notch – wings or even great hotdogs! Hope the owner reads these. he’s excellent btw .I will update if things improve foodwise.

The greatest aspects of this bar are the ample parking and the huuuuge amount of TVs. However, I have not had particularly good luck with their food selection or variety of beers on tap. Regarding the latter, if you thrive on every plausible variety of Budweiser or Shock Top, this may very well be Nirvana for you. If you crave some snootier beer(ie: tastier), look elsewhere. My last experience was with the garlic chicken wings. Pretty gnarly. Looked terrible, smelled rough, and were greasy lil’ regret-bombs. I do believe they have some gigantic nacho option if you need to feed an orphanage or breakfast if you like to drink before you shower. Positives: TVs! Parking! Negatives: Food ain’t so hot, beer selection needs an overhaul.

Consistently great… best breakfast in TC! Omelettes are perfect… never overcooked, with plenty of fresh veggies, sunny side up eggs never broken, hash browns crispy, sausages are are plump and juicy. Wait staff friendly and efficient. Can’t go wrong, never had a bad meal there!

Monday night football and the place was hopping. Service though was awesome. They make time to know your name and remember your order. Food was good and portions large. Couldn’t eat all I ordered. Beer was cold so, no complaints there. Wait staff friendly as well as the locals who are regulars.

This place is weird. It has lots of tvs and lots of beer on tap but you either get great service or the service is terrible. I’ve been there and had great service and I’ve been there and had some terrible service. It’ll depend on the night and mood of your server I guess.

Great food, great service, good prices, great ribeye steaks on Wednesday nights and prime rib on Friday nights. Try the nachos, you’ll be glad you did! Travis runs a great place! I’d put his steaks up against any of the high priced places in Kennewick/Richland. Great gathering place for blue collar, white collar, young, old, very casual, you gotta try it!
