Horrible! Don’t go here. Sooooo hot in the restaurant, they won’t fix their a/c I guess. Was miserable, trying to celebrate my nieces graduation.

Really great pizza! They have a lot of choices and the delivery is fast. Have orders from them on more than one occasion and never disappoints !

Great place to get some really good pizza. I have been coming here for over twenty years. I usually get the king Arthur and a garlic chicken, some bread sticks and wings and am golden for the weekend.

Just one of the best pizza places in town. Not cheap, but the quality is worth it. Love the BBQ Chicken Pizza, but they are all good. The salad bar is a plus too.

Ordered online but was bummed my coupon code didn’t work. Went to pick up and told the lady I wish I had a coupon since my order was over $ 30, she said«yeah» and rang me out. My order was due up in 5 minutes when I got there. 15 minutes later, still no food. Manager came over and asked what was wrong and I said just waiting awhile for my food and that I didn’t have a coupon but the couple that just left was given the special after asking if they had any coupons. Mgr said no problem, she could give it to me and I said she already rang us out and she still insisted no problem. Cashier at this point walked away with her head down. I think that was a nice thing to do for us and made us feel like she cared if we came back or not & I told her so. We got home and the twists were burnt :/would’ve given more stars but overcooked pizza isn’t always a good thing.

Round Table has permanently lost a customer yesterday. In all honesty, I LOVE the pizza. It is our favorite in town, but it is also the most expensive in town, and we expect our«pizza pie» to reflect that. One thing that really, really annoys me, is that they are the only place in town where they will charge you to swap or substitute an ingredient. So, if you order their«Wombo Combo» like we did, but hate mushrooms and hope to swap it out for spinach or another topping, then«Nope!» You will be paying $ 3 for each stinking substitution! So yeah, money hungry to boot. I know you are in it for a profit, but come on. Out of principle, I won’t eat at a place that charges for«apple to apple» or «like» substitutions. Being literally the only place in town who does this, we took a hiatus and stopped ordering from them for 1.5 years. Why? An awesome manager who would allow us to substitute had us ordering here once or twice a month, sometimes more. But, the“other” guy, apparently the d-bag«hardline manager», some guy, told us he would not allow us a free sub and we had to pay $ 6 to swap out bacon for sausage and spinach for mushrooms. He said their«old computer system couldn’t do substitutions». I told him that if that was the case then he would be losing a customer for good and he told me «that was my choice». We didn’t eat there again for literally a year and a half. However, my wife was craving it one night and begged we would get it, and I called and explained the situation to this awesome lady and manager named Leslie. She regained us as customers, apologizing and saying to just call and ask for her and she wanted to regain us as a customer. Every time after that she would in fact«take care of us». We have ordered Round Table many times since, and I mean quite a bit. Well, yesterday was a different experience. We ordered the food and I explained what they usually do for us. The guy on the phone said he «talked to the manager and we will do it this one time but after this, we will not do it any more». I explained, «Well, Leslie has been doing this for us for months, and if that is the case then this will be the last time we order from you.» He was surprised Leslie did this and said, «Well, my manager here said we won’t do it any more.» When we got the pizza(delivery) 30 minutes later, it was the worst pizza we have ever, ever ordered from here. Usually the pizza’s are jam-packed with toppings. This one? It was like a 2 year old took a single handful and threw it on the pizza. The spinach they had been so «gracious» to not charge us $ 3 for? Pfffft, a joke. It was so sparse it was ridiculous, might as well not even had it. The basil we swapped out for sausage? A small ramekin(plastic container) filled no more than ¼ of the way full. No cheese to the edges like normal, more golden crust showing on the edges than normal. I was so frustrated I called them back and asked to speak with a manager. Well, «Mark»(the hardline manager) explained«I made the pizza myself, so I know it is good.» I explained I didn’t care who made it, it is the worst pizza we have ever had from Round Table. He proceeded to explain he «measured every ingredient to exact company specifications», so I asked him why it looks so different from the picture of the pizza online. He didn’t offer to remake it, didn’t offer to refund, just argued with me and explained he was right and I was wrong. Amazing customer service, right? I asked if they would come get the pizza since I didn’t want it, and he said no. So, I said I was coming back down to give him his pizza back and would expect a refund. I hung up the phone and started looking for my keys, but, I work from home… and I realized I had an appointment in 15 minutes with many more to follow. I was so frustrated because I had no time to go there, return it, and go get a burger for my son and I. So, we were stuck with the worst pizza Round Table has ever made, and will never, ever be back. And yes, I actually took pictures of the pizza should the owner ever like to see them! I even called back a second time and spoke with a second manager because I wanted to know when the owner(Chuck) would be in so I could talk to him. But instead got a different manager, who called himself the«area manager» and echoed what manager Mark said. I even know the owner Chuck and always liked him, as he was my client when I worked at FOXTV… and love the manager Leslie! But it apparently only takes one know-it-all jerk to ruin a good thing. So, despite our love for this pizza, we will never be back.

Good pizza, has that special taste that only certain pizza recipes have, but they’re inconsistent in quality and much too expensive. I’ve gotten burnt pizzas, soggy pizzas, pizzas with practically 150% sauce and nothing else, and pizzas that are dripping with grease. I’ve also had the perfect ratio’d, delicious, can’t-get-it-anywhere-else-pizzas here, that make me give them 4 stars instead of a 2. As a company, they don’t seem that eager to draw in customers. I never see a single sale, coupon or deal that’s less than 25 bucks, and their employees seem young and like there’s a high turnover rate.(Which might explain the lack of consistency in pizzas) The few good pizzas I’ve gotten leave me giving them a 4 instead of a 2, but I seldom give them my business anymore. Too inconsistent, makes the higher price tag unreasonable.

When I was little, Round Table was the best place to go for pizza, and just like the rest of the world, it’s just not the same. My most recent trip was on a weekday so thankfully not too busy. The salad bar was stocked well for the most part but the salad itself was soaking wet and made your whole salad a bit hard to eat. The pizza we ordered was okay, very greasy but not the worst I’ve ever had. The thing that is bringing this down to a 2 star review is the lack of professionalism from one of the managers. While I was getting a salad standing near the kitchen I could hear the manager screaming at his employees something along the lines of «Blind people work better than you guys, stop screwing this up every time!». Now I understand frustration with your employees, but this made things very awkward. The guys in the back we’re hanging their heads while trying to truck on and the customers that heard this just felt bad for them. Maybe next time he has a problem with his employees he should have a staff meeting to discuss this instead of screaming at them in front of customers. Bottom line is the food is just okay.

Okay so my boyfriend had a really bad experience with a Round Table pizza before, food wise. However, I’d never had their food. So since this is in a different city, we decided to opt to give it a shot. That was a mistake. We placed an order for delivery around 9:42pm. Was told it’d be an hour or so. That was fine. However, it then came around to 11:10pm and still no one had arrived. He called them even though it was past closing time to see if anyone would pick up and to see what had happened. Someone did and said that the driver said there was no one home and had returned to the store. We were home the entire time. Now granted our complex can be really confusing to locate the correct building. But with ANY delivery place, if there’s no one answering or there’s issues with locating the place, you’ve provided them with a phone number to call in case help is needed. Which we had. We never were called, not one time. Now I’m sitting here at 11:36pm writing this with still no food, no call, nothing. Keep in mind we live about 5 minutes from the store. While I’m sure a call to the store tomorrow will get us a prompt refund — the issue still remains that the service was just not up to par. Your delivery service and the ability to call for directions or if someone is supposedly not answering should be a given. With everything closed except for Shari’s, we’ll have to find food elsewhere. This was not a pleasant experience at all. And I’m not sure I’ll be willing to give it a try again.

I really enjoy Round Table! They have a great lunch special: personal pizza and salad bar for like $ 7.99. Pizza is unique(as far as chains go) and fresh. Service was fast and friendly and the place was clean as a whistle. There is a lot of seating in here. Great place for birthday parties(there’s a banquet room). They could easily handle a busload of kiddos in town for a sporting event. BESTPART: They have an arcade. With an air hockey table. Need I say more?

Round Table is our guilty pleasure when we dont feel like driving anywhere. These guys always do us right and we have been loyal for a few years now. We have only actually dined in once so it is hard to compare the places effectively but they still deseve some cudos. Delivery is always ahead of schedule and usually the pizzas and breadsticks are spot on. The only time we dined in the place was not very busy and was clean. We placed our order straight away at the counter and the kids took off for the game room. At least it kept them occupied :). The bathrooms where tidy and the table in the back was clean. They had a lot of room in back. I think they may host partys or gatherings there. The place was just as you would expect for a pizza joint. The waitstaff behind the counter was cordial and helpful enough. We have always gotten our pizza quickly and still piping hot, so their delivery group is quick and effective. They are a tad spendy for the amount of food you get comparatively. However, they pack toppings on quite a bit better than most chains I have eaten at. The parmesan twists are generally very good. My wife cant get enough of them. They are doughy with a nice flavor of garlic and parmesan and go great with the sides of dip. I love the spicier flavor of thier marinara so I take those while the wife comfiscates the ranch. The pizza is my favorite chain. The crust is more of a medium thickness and when done right compliments the amount of toppings perfectly. The sauce is what does it for me. One of the best flavors around. Generally the toppings are portioned out very well. All things considered, I really think this shop is better than a lot of the local pizza places and we will continue to get our deliverys from here in the future. I am not sure if the other Round Tables are as good as this one because we havent had the opportunity to try the another one yet. In the future we may try to hit another one up but for now this one has my vote as one of my favorites(especially for delivery).

Lmao at picky people. I get discounts from here all the time. The pizza is great and the garlic twists are amazing as well for a chain joint. It’s the only pizza I enjoy.

I like Round Table Pizza in most locations I have been to, so this is more about the customer service. Overall, the folks here do a pretty good job. Friendly, efficient, getting order right, place clean, etc. I deduct one star from all Round Tables because I think they cost too much. Also their red sauce is too spicy I think. The other star I deduct because they seem to have a hard time keeping the salad bar monitored if it needs to be restocked. If you are going to have a salad bar, make sure someone is keeping an eye on it if it needs something. Since their salad bar is right nex to the register, I wouldn’t think it would be that hard to do. Overall, I like going to lunch at this location though, because Round Table makes a good pie, especially since they are a chain. Even if it costs too much.

Car too fast? Girlfriend too pretty? Nearly as provocative as ‘too much pizza?’ Of course there is never too much pizza. Funny thing about pizza. Somehow, its the only food that«foodies,» food snobs, and those who have ever attempted to appear sophisticated accept that the Americanized version(not authentic) is better. Any other Italian dish, Chinese, Sushi, Thai, you name it — well, Its NEVER better than«authentic» and they love to tell you about it. If one ever pontificates this in your presence, point out this inconsistency. Ive eaten it in Naples, Italy, the city credited with its birthplace. And It was pretty bland for my tastes. Cheese doesnt cover the entire crust, The sauce is used sparingly. I did enjoy the crust. I think Abby’s pizza is the best pizza on the planet. RTP is as good as its going to get in this town. Now, if we can do something about the price, I can bump you up a star. Why must I need to sponser a car wash, give blood and pawn half my shit just to purchase one? JEEZ!
