I’ve been to several spas. This place is nothing special. I would prefer to do a spa day visit while I’m on vacation at a beautiful resort, with real spa surroundings, instead of being on Grandridge Blvd. and spending A LOT of money to visit this place based on its location and lack of spa surroundings. Once was one time too many. Save your cash for a real spa experience. Plus, I’ve recently heard that the owners are building a very large, elaborate home — and I mean elaborate — over in Richland. I guess everything is overpriced!

I can only speak from a massage perspective at this point, but I was very happy with my experience. Jessica was my massage therapist, she was friendly, and conversation didn’t feel forced or fake(she only engaged in conversation if I initiated, aka if I just wanted to relax in silence, I could). My spouse booked the massage, a Nouveau Hot Stone Massage, my previous impression of stone massages were blown away. It was a mixture of hot stones to loosen up an area for a few minutes, followed by a deep tissue massage of the specific area(different pressures were an option). The price was very reasonable for the length(90 minutes), quality of service, and ambiance!

Kristen gave me the best facial that I have ever had! I didn’t realize it until I got home. A particular issue with my skin due to hormonal changes has disappeared! MAGIC? Their makeup artist Courtney was adorable and made me look beautiful. No high pressure sales at all. I need to cycle through some of my products but I will follow their advice. My facial was one of the more pricey on their menu but soooooo worth it! Front desk ladies are very warm and welcoming as well. I will be back! Thank you :)

Horrible customer service!!! I have been there twice. The first time we over paid for mediocre(at best) mani pedis. We were expecting top quality from a place like that, but that wasn’t the case. Our eyebrow waxes were poor quality also. She rushed us in and out. The second time was absolutely horrible!!! The girl from Seattle did my hair and she was so rude! She made me feel very uncomfortable and was telling me how thin and fine my hair was, so thin that she couldn’t give it layers in the front. My hair is thin but not that thin, not to mention I’ve been getting this same hairstyle for 6 years from someone who knows hair. She was also asking very personal questions, like where my husband and I met, how long we were married before we had my first child. It was so awkward! If you want quality and to be treated well this isn’t the place to go!!!

I have nothing but problems with Nouveau. The few times I have tried booking a service they told me nothing was available. I always called a minimum of 10 days in advanced and was asking for days on Tuesday or Wednesdays for services. This is not a busy time so I don’t understand how on multiple occasions they would tell me nothing was available as if they did not even look at the schedule. I waited nearly a year before attempting to book with them. I called wanting to book a spa day and a lady named Toni answered the line. She was very rude and did not let me get a word in edge wise. She did not seem concerned about my needs and providing good customer service. I then attempted to book a my spa day for the middle of this month and I asked what times she had available and she just said«well are you wanting to book a time or not» ! I was highly offended especially coming from a place that advertises and claims to be such a nice place. This lady was just flat out rude. When I continued to ask about their lunch services she did not even know what was served or being offered. I will not be doing business with Nouveau Day Spa because I strongly feel that If they can not be polite and courtesy over the phone I will not get good service while I’m there. I will be taking my business to ZPlace Salon and Spa. I have been there on Numerous occasions and have called. ZPLACE is ALWAYS polite and respectful and they really care about providing excellent customer service. ***** NOTEZPLACESALONANDSPAHASOVER2005 Star Reviews and Averages a 98.9% Referral rate by their clients. ***** Nouveau has multiple poor reviews and a very small amount of good reviews. That says a lot about a company who claims to be the best of Tri Cities.

I went to Nouveau for a bikini was because I couldn’t get in with my usual aesthetician. I would NOT recommend this spa for waxing services. They use barbaric strip waxing instead of using hard wax. I was raw afterwards. The aesthetician was in a hurry and didn’t seem concerned about the pain she was inflicting. Their prices are outrages too. We’re not in NYC for crying out loud!

My deep tissue massage was a success… I haven’t experienced anything else aside from massage, but it’s clean, quiet and friendly. I recommend this spot for massage.

4 stars are because it’s pretty spendy. I love coming here to treat myself to the occasional facial or body treatment. They do a great job. The environment is tranquil and relaxing. A must for de-stressing or just a good pampering. I can only afford a visit maybe every few months or so, but it is worth it each time. Check out their menu of services. There are many wonderful things to try!

I used to love Nouveau, the atmosphere is great and it is one of the very few full service spas in the Tri-cities. I recently got some waxing done here(which I know is scary in the first place, so I went to Nouveau for their good reputation). This was a horrible idea! They do their waxing in their facial rooms, which I know is not uncommon, but there evidently a reason they dim the light in there, and it’s not for relaxation. With the lights on the room was FILTHY! The brushes and machinery for facials was dingy and nasty and there was ick on the floor. In fact, the esthetician was throwing the used wax strips on the floor! Ewww! All this filth turned out even worse when the next day my legs had nasty red blotches and pussy welts all over. I called the spa to tell them I obviously had an infection and they needed to clean their wax, and the receptionist literally fought me! She told me I MUST be wrong, and I don’t have PROOF that it’s an infection! I asked to talked to the esthetician that did my waxing, and she gave me the same story. She told me I would need to make an appointment to come in and show her. The last thing I wanted to do was go back in there as the girl with the infection and get prodded at. I was only trying to let them know so they could avoid the problem with someone else. Their lack of cleanliness and lack of professionalism absolutely destroyed this spa for me. I will NEVER go back. Not to mention their prices are outrageous and I paid over $ 150 for them to give me an infection, then be rude about it! I DONOTRECOMMEND this spa to anyone!

I was trying to find someone to do Shellac for me before leaving on my Honeymoon, and this place offered it and had the appointment time I needed. Not a very nice location, right off of Gage in a mini-strip mall with a side entrance, but whatever this is Tri-Cities(everywhere is like that). Inside is standard Salon design, but a bit lower-end then I expected for the prices they charge. Service was interesting to say the least. I checked-in and my nail tech didn’t even introduce herself or welcome me to the salon as a new client(I still don’t know her name even after my services). She warmed up and starting talking eventually, but it was very awkward. My husband went for a pedicure the next day and had a similar experience; they just aren’t very personable people. Also, I don’t really care to hear them talk amongst themselves about their plans for the weekend while I’m paying $ 45 for them to do my toes… I think it shows a lack of professionalism. My biggest complaint with this place, however, is the prices. They are flat-out ridiculous. They charge $ 20 extra for Shellac polish, and if that wasn’t outrageous enough, they charge $ 15 to have it removed! Most Salons do the Shellac upgrade for free, especially if you are getting a mani and pedi combo initially, and the removal is then included in the total price. My «Express Manicure» was not worth more than $ 15, yet I was charged $ 45. The«Express Pedicure» I’ll admit was very thorough, but at $ 45 should I really expect less? I always tip very well because I know people work hard and can’t help the Salon prices, and that only added to an atrocious bill for one simple visit. The front desk was nice enough, but mostly concerned with talking amongst themselves and not worried enough about the clients(again, I don’t care to hear their personal stories as I wait for my services). I know I can find somewhere less expensive, more welcoming and professional than Nouveau in this area. I’ll be switching salons for my next services.

Dear Lord how has someone not reviewed this place yet? I dont think there is enough space in the digital world for me to talk about how much I love this place. Staff: friendly, sweet, kind Services: AWESOME, abundant, properly priced Location: easy to find, beautiful interior, you really forget you are right off gage blvd, it is truly shocking. One minute you are looking at the drive thru of sonic, next you are secluded in a lucious warm waiting room, already feeling tranquil and relaxed I am always impressed with their ability to get me an appointment that fits my needs, even at the last minute. Keep up the good work Nouveau, which reminds me… I so need to call them tomorrow :)
