Okay so we are visiting from Seattle today, and I was a little disappointed with the employees. I’m not one that needs to catered on a golden dish but I do expect friendly service no matter the time. We walked in at 5:57pm and were told immediately«you need to hurry we close in 3 minutes» my initial thought is, if your in such a hurry to close then just tell me that your closed and don’t want to serve anyone. As the person buying your product, I would think that time is irrelevant as long as I am willing to pay for your time? Or am I wrong? As I said before a simple«sorry we’re closing» would have been completely fine. I would have walked out and that’s that, but don’t tell me I need to hurry because your closing. It makes me feel like you don’t care about my business and that you don’t care about making profitable sales. We left at 6:01 pm so sorry for the added minute to your work schedule. Anyways the smoothie was delicious, so thanks for that. Will never come back, thanks!

Conventional produce. No organic offerings and staff who are willing to say, «Pesticides aren’t harmful at all. I did a research paper on it. It’s just a matter of personal preference.» Apparently the owners of Fresh Picks rely heavily on the meaningless«natural» label and have no idea about things like the Dirty Dozen list and the public health risk of lying to customers. I feel inspired to write my legislator to encourage stronger consumer protection laws in WA state. Telling people that pesticides aren’t harmful is not only irresponsible but is also false. Buy a blender, get good produce at the store or any of the amazing farmer’s markets in the area and avoid the ignorance of Fresh Picks!

I love smoothies! This is by far the best selection in town. I especially like the green smoothies which all include fresh spinach and the heart healthy options. I have been waiting for something like this in the tri-cities! The only drawback is there is no drive-thru, maybe one day?

Love this place! My coworker and I came through during lunch for the first time. Employees were very friendly and helpful. I got the Tropical Wave and it was delicious. My coworker, who HATES fruits and veggies made his own smoothie and got pop rocks added to it. It was a fun experience and he actually loved his drink and finished it! We will definitely be back.

I love seeing a small local business packed with healthy options. Fresh Picks is my first stop for fresh fruit. And their smoothies are well done. I usually opt for one of the green smoothies. The Hulk is one of my favorites. Local. Fresh. Real food. Win!

So delicious! I live in Los Angeles and I wish there was an easy accessible shop like this one! Always support family businesses. And get the Tropical Wave. You won’t miss Jamba Juice one bit.

The offerings this establishment have are wonderful but with rude, caddy service I surely won’t be returning. I stood at the smoothie counter for a good couple of minutes while the 2 girls working finished up their gossip and banter, only to be greeted by the lovely dark haired employee who turned around and acted almost as if to be annoyed that a customer come in and actually make her work. As she sticks her head in the cold case and starts digging up the frozen fruit she yells ‘What are you having?!’ I give her my order as she ever so disgruntled, starts putting it together. She rang me up and never even stopped to say thank you or talk to me. I thanked her and walked out knowing my money will no longer be spent here until a drastic change in customer service happens. I have worked in the service industry for 10 years and have never felt so akward and as if I was putting someone out of their way in my life. I mean, last time I checked that’s how this whole game is played… you provide me with a great experience and product and in return I spend my hard earned cash at your establishment and provide positive word of mouth reviews to friends and family, ultimately to see a good business thrive. Got some kinks to work out guys!

I was absolutely thrilled when I spotted this place in the tri-cites! Fresh organic smoothies and fruits! Yes, finally this area is focusing more on healthy cafés than bring in more burger chains. They offer a great selection of smoothies or you can custom make your own. Did I mention they actually offer almond or coconut milk! I also had a cup of the chia seed pudding — perfect! The fruits are frozen but the taste is fresh! Same goes for the mini fruit stand inside along side homemade fruit pies. The best part is that this isn’t your usual smoothie chain. It’s small, it’s locally owned, locally sourced, and health minded!

I tried the tropical wave green smoothie. Mango and spinach among other things. It was so delicious I could hardly put it down. I didn’t get brain freeze which is actually something amazing when it comes to smoothies. In addition to their smoothie bar, where you can select from one of their recipes or make your own recipe, they also sell local fruits and veggies, pastries, salads and salad dressing, apple cider, and more. One favorite thing I noticed was that they sell frozen tart cherries and tart cherry juice. Those are packed with antioxidants and great for reducing post-workout or post-run damage and pain(I read a study once). Not much of a place for hanging out, but great to grab and go. Employees were friendly and helpful. I’ll be back to try more recipes.

The boys had fresh smoothies. I had a pastry and yogurt covered cherries. Bought some honey crisp apples and summer peaches to take home. Loved the whole experience! Hard to come by a local place serving local food.

Smoothies are the worst I’ve had from a smoothie shop. They are watered down, weren’t cold and have no taste! I paid $ 27 for 4 smoothies, which I think is expensive compared to taste/quality/price at Jamba Juice. If you average it out what I paid, it comes out to $ 6.75 per smoothie(I don’t remember the price per smoothie). We all ended up throwing away our smoothies. I WILLNEVERBEGOINGTHEREEVERAGAIN! You’re better off going to Orange Julius, or the other smoothie place next to the gym on Union.
