It’s alright. The steak seemed to be cooked well although there was 2 prices of gristle I encountered. It was lacking in the cheese department and they added mayo… lots and lots of mayo. I only ate half because of that. The sandwich looks nothing like the website pics. There’s half the meat and it didn’t cover the length of the bread. It was almost like a subway sub. More bread than anything. The people working were great and friendly and it didn’t take long to receive my food.

(across from costco) We came in on 1/10\ 16 around 515 and at first it was empty we almost didn’t stop, however, we are so glad we did. This restaurant was so clean and the 3 workers were very professional. We were the only 2 in their at the time and the whole time they cleaned and we’re always. Usy. This is how a restaurant should be ran, friendly staff an exceptional service. Thank you a very happy customer!

I absolutely love Bruchi’s. I go quite often, and usually the service is fast and polite. The Malibu chicken with pineapple is my favorite, so tasty! HOWEVER, recently they have gotten new management and entirely new staff. I understand that new staff must be trained, and that takes some time. I just didn’t see anyone there to train the new staff. It took a very long time for the cashier to punch in my order, and then when I asked for a receipt(because I was positive that I’d been overcharged, since I order the same thing every time, and their prices had not changed) it took 3 people to figure out how to use the till. When I finally did get my receipt, I was charged for a burger I did not order. When I asked for a refund, the staff looked very confused, and figured out that the burger was from a previous order that had not been cashed out. Finally, after deciding they did not know how to open the till, one of them asked if I would be upset if they gave me money from their own wallet. Seriously?! I’m not upset about the overcharge, or even that it took a little longer because the staff was still learning. What annoyed me most was their lack of professionalism, which was always there with the previous staff, even if they messed up my order by accident. Also, the food was okay. They changed their steak as well, and not in a good way. PLEASEREHIRETHEOLDSTAFFATTHISLOCATION… and bring back the old steak.

I had the Philly cheese steak and I really thought it was going to be a great sub. I was greatly disappointed. I don’t know if I got the new guy or what was going on, but there was so little cheese on there it didn’t even register with my taste buds. The meat was also so dry that is felt like it instantly sucked the moisture out of my mouth with each bite. All the 5 star reviews make me feel like I just had a bad experience, but hey, reviews can change.

For a food court place in the mall, this place has the best customer service I’ve seen! All the employees are so nice and friendly, they’ve come to know me and my usual order, and they are always smiling! I work at the mall, so I eat my lunches here a lot, and I always feel so welcome there I just had to give them a rave review. The rest of the Bruchi’s franchise should take customer service tips from this bunch.
