My mother use this company and it drove her crazy it took her over a year and a half to get a pool put in and in the end she had to take them to court and sue him she also had a friend that use the same contractor and he did the same to her and she also took him to court and sue him they both won in court in Benton County Washington at this time December 1^st 2014 he has had his bond revoked from what I found on the Labor and Industry website this man also have claims against him from other people and other companies
I would not suggest you use this company without checking on his insurance and bond first and looking at all the other websites to learn more about this company

I can only add to the already existing complaints against Blackhawk Building Enterprises. This is a company that has obviously made a business out of making false promises and entering in to contracts with no intention of following through or providing even marginal service to his customer. My experience with Blackhawk has been a nightmare that lasted over a year for a project that according to Blackhawk would take approximately 6 – 8 weeks. At every turn there was an excuse why something had not been completed and a new request for additional money. The project was never completed and we had to call in other contractors to complete the job. The work that was done is still causing us problems and we will be forking out even more money to repair some of the faulty work. Shame on me for not doing more research on this company but I can only hope this will prevent anyone else from suffering through the agonizing process of dealing with Blackhawk and Don himself.

May 2014 update.
10k pool cover no longer works. LED pool lights no longer work. Tried MANY attempts to contact Don, Black Hawk, spoke with him ONCE two months ago.
