In point of fact, ultimately we contacted the BBB of PA and filed a complaint regarding the fact that this firm refused to return and complete the job as required.
Yes, their showroom is impressive, but that belies the underlying fact that they are more interested in making the sale, than standing behind the integrity of their work ethic.

For the most seamless job, also use their installation teams, who are carefully trained and meticulous. This is a family-​run firm that we have now used twice to our satisfaction, and which was recommended to us by friends who had used them.
