It’s really unfortunate how this company offers«Free Glazed Donuts» on donut day, but they can’t even live up to their word as they were out of donuts by 10 o clock. I couldn’t even order donuts because they had none.

Definitely a cool local place. We got three bagels with egg and cheese. One egg bagel and two onion. The flavor was pretty good but a little dry. The egg was bland. Came with a small coffee which was pretty good. They have unique flavored doughnuts. Hubs tried the banana cream and would give it an 8⁄10. They were nice and fresh and soft. Service was friendly and fast. We will go back but will try different stuff.

Ok. We almost missed out on this place because it closes at 1pm. My husband and I pulled up in front of another restaurant because it was so late we had missed breakfast. We saw the Bagel shop sign and headed that way. So very glad we did! I had the Ham Veggie sandwich which consisted of homemade veggie cream cheese sliced ham, tomatoes, cucumbers, I mean real cucumbers, lettuce and shaved onions on an everything bagel. It was fresh, yummy and amazing. My husband enjoyed a bacon egg and cheese on plain bagel. It was such a great breakfast that we bought two donuts to take home for later. So we now have out late breakfast place to eat.

Yay good coffee, good bagels, good donuts. I like to take goodies in to my coworkers, and they always ask where I got them because the food is so fresh. Personally, I love the red velvet donut and flavored coffee of the day. Take some cream cheese home, but only get enough bagels for the day. They’re so fresh, they won’t last till tomorrow.

Hidden gem in the St. Pete/Pinellas Park area. FRIENDLY, donuts twice the size of Dunkin and a little cheaper. Don’t let the building size and under-stated sign fool you. And did I say they are FRIENDLY !!!

Oooowee! Fresh bagels AND donuts in the same spot? While having a hankering for some breakfast indulgences on my recent staycation, I knew I had to check out St. Pete Bagel Co. I found that the products are fresh and flavorful and a great value. This independently owned shop is unlike any other I have seen in the Tampa Bay Area. I appreciate that this local shop turns out fresh breakfast goodies. There are also housemade«spreads» and even quiche available on top of some coffee beverages. This location is a decent size, and I was told the 3rd location in the area(open a few months) and can be busy. Of course I had to get a few of each to sample the flavors and quality of the breakfast treats ;) I enjoyed the selection of bagels, among my favorites were the everything pumpernickel which was a deep brown and had a slew of toppings, as well as the jalapeño bagel which had a nice spiciness level to it. The bagels were plump, had a great semi hardened exterior but soft interior, and seemed fresh. The donuts I selected were nicely sized. I especially enjoyed the yeast raised donuts such as the almond joy and glazed donuts. The donuts were tasty and the donuts themselves not overly sweet. I LOVE them. The staff was friendly and efficient and didn’t rush me although I was pretty indecisive and a large group came in after me. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Be sure to check out the lunch specials board if you come in during lunchtime. There are special prices to be had! An informant of mine told me that they have plans to expand to Tampa in the near future. Oh, how I’f love to have a locally owned bagel place nearby! Thank you, St. Pete Bagel for fulfilling my desire for a fresh breakfast product at a great price.

Tasty bagels and donuts. The bagels are goodsized and plump, golden brown but not quite up to NYC standards. Still, this is a good spot to get bagels and fresh donuts. Casual. There are a few outlets I believe in the area. They have some cream cheese spreads to try. Jalepeño bagel was tasty. Not too spicy. Sour cream kruller was good too. Bustling so decide what you want and order. Don’t hold up the line. :P

Bagels are best toasted with some of their delicious cream cheese. Their donuts are twice the size of DD and much better!

It’s my second time here and both have been good. The place is very clean and the staff is friendly. I’m not a donut person so my experience is limited to the bagels and coffee. Bother were hot and fresh and the veggie crab cheese was quite good.

I ordered a ham and cheese croissant. It wasn’t toasted because evidently they blow up in the toaster. So I’m given a cold croissant with microwaved bacon and sandwich cheese for 4 bucks. I would’ve did better at Dunkin Dounuts for sure!

I hadn’t been to the Fourth Street location for years, and I’d been wanting to stop by since I saw them open in this location, formerly the site of a Fray’s Donut House where we’d been regulars. Took the family there today after swim practice, and I’m sure we’ll be coming back again. They said the donuts were great; I don’t know why I got a latte — I hardly ever do – but if they were all like that I’d drink a lot more of them. Their espresso must be really good. Can’t wait to try my usual Americano next time.

Really excited to see this local establishment expanding! It’s right down the street from DD. skip DD and try this place’s Bialy. It’s awesome. They also roast their own coffee beans which makes for some wonderful aromas.

It was alright but I just wasn’t impressed. Like its namesake, there were a lot of different types of bagels and cream cheese. There was a decent selection of donuts but not as much as other donut shops(I came around 10AM). The bagels were slightly dry and bland but the strawberry cream cheese was delicious. The red velvet/cream cheese donut was the only one I liked out of the bunch. All others were whatever. As a local chain, I expect something unique about it. But like another said, it doesn’t stand out at all from the Dunkin Donuts 10 seconds down the road.

The word that comes to mind when I link of this establishment is «meh.» Bagels and donuts are just okay. Coffee is just okay. It’s right next to Dunkin Donuts, but doesn’t offer anything to set itself apart. I would be willing to try it again in the future if there is some improvement.

Went there twice. First time for the opening and the second time was today. Clean place. The staff could be more friendly and chipper. My hubby and I both got a plain bagel with sausage, egg and cheese the fist time we went. The bagel was tough and sausage tasteless. We would not have returned, but it’s a local business and we thought to give it another try. Plus, we thought that maybe chaos of the opening has affected the quality. There were lots of people that day. Today there was only one person in front of us. The service was slow. Wonder if it’s because the order was taken via post it and a pen and then punched in into the system? We were not in the hurry. My husband got bagel with cream cheese and ham and I decided to give breakfast sandwich another try. I did ask for ham and not sausage. We also got Boston cream doughnut to split. The coffee was good. Great doughnut. Still not happy with out bagels. Too much cream cheese and I’m guessing my egg was unsalted. Was a bit tasteless again. Had better bagels at other places. If I do come back again, it will only be for the doughnuts.

Bought a half dozen donuts and an apple fritter yesterday morning to take over to Metrocon. The place was swamped and the two cashiers had to deal with everything from an old senile guy who didn’t understand how to use a coffee machine to two ladies who wanted to charge two bucks to their card(five dollar minimum), and neither employee lost their cool. It’s a donut’s shop for Christ’s sake, I don’t know why people expect to go inside and be treated like friggin’ royalty because they’re dropping a few bucks on fried dough and coffee. Anyway, everything tasted good and the coconut coffee I had was delish. Edit 6÷4÷2016: Went in today and the lady told me that between all the shops, they gave away ~$ 500 in free donuts yesterday for National Donut Day. Just as a way to say thanks to their customers. What a lovely family-owned business.

I’ve heard all these good things about st. Pete bagel and so far I don’t see it. Maybe they’re still working out kinks from just opening but honestly… I’ve gone 3 times and all 3 were disappointing. They always screw something up. First time they’re stocked full of donuts. Everything you can imagine. The lady before me comes back and says she was severely overcharged and the manager fixed it. The same person gave me 2 donut flavors that I didn’t ask for but was too late when I got home. I gave them to the neighbor so I’m not sure how they tasted. 2nd time at like 10 am they had no donuts. I got tuna and it was very fishy. 3rd time 10 am. Still no donuts. All I want is to try that donut I asked for the first time since it sounded so good! I don’t even like donuts that much but they looked so good! Also, this time I asked for lox and cream cheese. I say tomato onions capers… and I opt for sprouts because she asked if i wanted them. Never had it but I figured why not try it. They write down«all veggies,» so suddenly my lox and cream cheese now has lettuce and cucumber. That’s so strange to me. And it’s not really a lot of fish in the end. I’ve had much bigger portions other places. And then I get a bagel on the side for later. Not to be toasted. They toast it and say oops sorry that was the last one. So now my bagel should be nice and hard by the time I’m ready for it. And the worst part, you give them a credit card and it’s set up to add gratuity for their crappy service. Sure you can hit«no tip,» but that set up pretty much makes you feel obligated to give a tip. And they don’t deserve it. Next time I’ll drive to stu’s on Belcher and ulmerton. They don’t have donuts but hey neither does st. Pete bagel. Those bagels are worth the drive!
