I just fixed my iPhone last Wednesday, I just made a complaint that my home key wasn’t working anymore. And he tries to charge me more money to fix it after the first time you mess up my phone. Then he rudely said my Opinion shouldn’t have been said, if you pay for a product to get fixed. Would you fix it free of charge instead of charging the customer again for the product that doesn’t work.

Called and was able to get an appointment immediately. Brought my daughter’s iPhone 4s to get it fixed. The screen was cracked and it had problems with the LCD. Tom replaced everything for a reasonable price and we were in and out of there in 15 minutes.

Tom was great to work with. We scheduled a time to have my son’s screen replaced on Saturday. Everything went to plan, we met Tom, took him approximately 15 – 20 minutes to replace the glass and we were on our way. Unfortunately, the LCD stopped working a few hours later. Tom was great in scheduling some time on Sunday to take a look and see if anything had come loose or if in fact the LCD just had enough of the drops that my son has put the phone through. Indeed, the LCD needed to be replaced; Tom honored the work from the previous day and helped us out on the cost to replace the LCD on Sunday. Will definitely be working with Tom again as my kids keep dropping these phones (recurring revenue stream for Tom).

I’m in Kennesaw on business and the day before I leave, all of a sudden my iPhone won’t charge. I find Tom on Unilocal and he responds immediately to my email, sets an appointment and in about 10 minutes has my phone up an running. Awesome service. Great prices. Super fast. Can’t say enough good things.

If I could give 10 stars I would. After I called 5 places to see who could fix the back screen on my iPhone, this guy called me back and I literally met him and he fixed it in under 5 minutes. He fixed it, then asked me to pay, opposed to the other way around. His price was also about half the price of the others I called. I was so happy, I gave him $ 10 in appreciation. Nice kid, he even called me maim. Highly recommend this guy!
