Two Men and a Truck Alpharetta is fantastic. Two Men and a Truck Kennesaw is horrible.
Did not send number of men requested. Cost more because of fewer workers. When I complained to the Franchise there was no follow through so I complained to Corporate. Corporate pushed the complaint right back to the people who were unresponsive. The supervisor actually asked me to call corporate and tell them everything was ok before he helped fixed the problem. Of course he nor the company fixed the problem.
My complaints, 1. Office did not deliver the requested number of me for the move. 2. My oriental rugs were just thrown in a heap. I had them rolled before the movers showed up. 3. Neither Corporate or Franchisee care to resolve any complaints.
If you choose the Kennesaw location of Two Men and a Truck… buyer beware!!!

I needed a moving company in a hurry… Two Men & A Truck/​Kennesaw were so great! They not only set up my move on the exact date and time I needed them, but they were there on time, they were quick and they took great care with my personal items. I could not have been more satisfied! I highly reccomend Two Men & A Truck/​Kennesaw… ask for Courtney Eskridge, she’s the sales manger that helped me.
